When I arrive at the café where I was gonna meet Avery at I push the door open to find her sitting in the corner of the room. A smile tugged on the corner of my lips as I approached her, my moves light and fast. My arms wrapped instantely around her before I took the empty seat infront of her. "I'm so happy to see you Ave, even if it's just a couple of days ago we hung out." I cuckled, reading her expressions.

"Right! Feel like foreeeever. But you gotta tell me everything about Billie, like whaat!" She mentions with excitement, her eyes sparkling.

I laughed at her words, already sencing the impatience swirling inside her. "Chill girl, i'm just about to tell you." I smiled, my eyes drifting to the counter. "But first we should maybe get some delicious to eat, or what do you say my friend?" I ask softly, dragging my hand through my hair in a swift move.

"Would be rude to say no when I asked you to come here, so why not?" Avery laughed, standing up from the seat aswell as she walked beside you to the counter to order some sort of dessert. "What are you taking? I'm like very curious to taste that 'Cherry delight', doesn't it sound like a dream?" She exhales, turning to face you.

I looked at the dessert you mentioned, actually curious of how it might taste. "Then we should really try it together, shouldn't we?" I smiled, ordering two pieces before paying. We then took our seats again, settling back comfortable.

"Now you gotta tell me! Like you was at a party with her last night, right!?" Avery gasped, studying every expression you did with your face to read every little sign.

I let out a short laugh, my eyes scanning her curious eyes before starting to speak up. "Well, yes I was. I remember getting very drunk but I really enjoyed it, she's really the kindest person. And beside that..." I trail off, catching my breath.

"What??! Don't stop like that!" Avery shouts, almost causing the people around to look directly at us. She covered her mouth fastly before chuckling, her eyes widen in await for me to continue. "Come on, tell me!"

Y/n grinned, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "Well in the interview I was invited to the interviewer asked Billie what her 'favourite type of lunch would be' and she kinda said it was inappropriate.." I mentioned,  taking a silent breath before speaking up again. "And I asked what she meant by that, and I got the fucking answer 'Maybe i'll have to show you later..' And I fucking died. You don't understand how fast my cheeks went up in flames." I chuckled, almost embaressed by the conversation.

"Oh hell yeah, let me guess, she gave you the head last night?" Avery asked, giving you the rising eyebrows while a smirk appeared on her lips.

You gasped, caught off guard by the sudden question but then I managed to nod. "She fucking did, and i've never felt so alive like just in that moment." Y/n commented, biting her lip with the memories playing in the back of her head.

Avery was shocked by the confession, almost starstruckt and couldn't really form the right words. "Wow, I have nothing to say. Must felt quite good then, huh?"

My smile turns into a smile before biting down on my lip again. "It really did, and it's fucking unreal. Like really, my celebrity crush Billie Eilish? Feels like a fairytale." Got out from my mouth, my eyes flicking up when the waitress placed down the desserts infront of us, I thanked her very much and directly started to cut a small piece before tasting it. I chewed for a short moment before my eyes widened. "Oh my, this was delicious!" I choked out, swallowing as I felt the flavor on my tounge. Avery agreed with a nod, we sat in silence for a moment to enjoy our desserts.

"Will you guys meet again?" Ave asked, giving me a curious look again along with a mishevious grin.

I thought for a moment, licking my lips clean from the cherry flavor before I let out a soft sigh. "I don't know really, she is a busy person although. But she asked for my number... that is positive, right?"

Avery gasped, leaning over the table to push my shoulder a bit, her eyes lightning up. "Oh for sure! She admires you girl, she definitely wanna meet you again." She answered, finishing her dessert way faster than me.

Y/n gave Avery another smile, looking down at her plate for a moment. "Your way faster than me, slow down!" You chuckled, chewing a bit faster than before while from time to time you took a sip of the water standing infront of you.

"Or your just being to slow?" She reassures, grinning from ear to ear before finishing her coffee. "Care for a shopping spree? I would need some new clothes for my wardrobe for real." Avery questioned.

You looked up at her as you chewed on the last piece of your cherry cake, swallowing before answering her question. "Yeah! Sounds like the perfect plan, I could also need some new stuff." Y/n exchanged, standing up from her seat to place the empty dishes on a brick beside the counter.

"Ready to go?" Avery asked, looking over her shoulder to look if you were done.

"I was born ready." I mention while stretching my arms above my head, shrugging my shoulders while I walked to the exit with Avery by my side. My mind kept drifting to Billie's touch, thoughts about when I was gonna meet her.

I just knew it needed to be soon enough.
