You and Avery sit in the back of the car, talking about which artist that may be playing at the festival.

"Are there any suprise guests there, if you know?" I ask Avery with a curious tone.

"I think there was gonna be guests, i'm not quite sure tho. You want Billie to come on right?" She pauses, "And that you can meet her after, hm?"

I start laughing, my hands brushing my hair back for a moment. "Maybe.. but who doesn't want Billie to pop up on stage?"

"Well, okay you have a point there girl." She smiles, poking your side.

"Oh stop!" You frown, shrugging your shoulders while poking her back. The driver as usal was very quiet and I could understand him, this person had probably drove around hundreds of people today. Your gaze flicked outside the window, scanning the streets that were blissed with the heavy sunlight. After a while the driver parker outside the huge festival, already starting to unbuckle my seatbelt. You were just about to bring your card out but Avery had already payed.

"Oh don't worry, i'll take it this time." She says with a genuine tone, squeezing my shoulder.

"Sweet, thank you!" You mention, opening the car door to finally head out from the stuffy air. When I had stepped out it was much cooler in the air, inhaling deeply when I feel the smell off churros. "We need to get churros, like it was ages since I ate em'!"

Avery laughs and crooks her arm around mine as we start walking around at the festival. "Absolutely, i'm also getting cravings for it now so let's go." Ave smirks, swinging our arms in the air while she chuckles.

You walk right beside her, hearing the music that fills the fields with people. My head were turning with each step I took by the people passing by. Finally we worked our way through the crowd and ordered churros to share with eachother. We then step back a bit when we ordered, waiting by the small surface. My eyes wanders around at the festival, scanning the giant scene in the middle that slowly, just slowly started to fill.

"Do you want to be in front by the scene? If so we should start walk over there when we get the churros." I mention, my eyebrows raising by curiosity.

"Ooo, that will might be a great experince and memory, let's do that." She answers, her eyes sparkling.

When the waiter hands us the churros we smile and turns around to walk to the giant stage. It almost looked like the scene Billie used for HTE tour, with the barricade walk. My lips curved into a smile as we looked at the stage. When we reach it we place ourselves on the left side, close enough to the barricade. Myself was unsure which artists to expect since I hadn't read about the festival at all.
You then turn to Avery, holding out the churros to share with her, taking one yourself and chewing it. Pretty fast you had managed to finish it, both looking at eachother with wide smiles. Just at that moment the dawn had come, making the sky look beautiful. You admire the sight for a while before music started playing on the stage. The gaze turns towards the stage where someone had start to sing.
I didn't quite get who the artist was, my eyes scanned the stage but not a single bell rang but I kinda liked the song for some reason. A smile played on my lips while hooking arm with Avery to vibe with her.

When the penultimate artist had left the stage the crowd started shouting and screaming like crazy, me and Avery looked at eachother in confusion.

"Why are they screaming so damn loud?" You say near Ave, your expression filled with confusion.

"I have no idea??" Avery answers and raises an eyebrow.

I shrugged my shoulders and smiled to myself while the crowd kept going crazy, but when the familiar intro started playing I shut my eyes open and looked towards the stage. I opened my mouth when Billie was shooted out of the box, and my eyes was wide. In complete shock my eyes turned to Avery, not understanding what I just saw.

"She's here!!" Avery coaxed and poked me in the side.

My jaw almost dropped, my eyes drifting back to the stage and I immediately started singing when the speakers hit with 'Bury a friend'. I kept being hooked around Avery's arm and when the last bend came we turned around so that our back was facing the barricade. We then did it at the same time while smiling widely. When the song faded we all screamed like crazy, Billie looking over the crowd. I curved my lips into a smile, my eyes never leaving the stage.

Then 'NDA' came on and I took a grip onto the barricade to feel close my eyes and just feel it. When Billie started to sing I got along, not missing a single lyric. When the last chorus came I poured my heart into it, singing loudly towards the stage. My body could feel the tension, the emotion swirling within me. As the transition to 'Therefore I Am' was going on I could almost feel Billie flicking her gaze towards our places.

Billie looked over the crowd as the transition came on, walking over the stage when she came upon a familiar face. She scanned it for a moment, realizing who it was. She made a wink before her mouth opened to sing the first words of TIA.

I opened my mouth, eyes drifting to Avery in a grin. I smiled and started singing after, not wanting to miss a single minute of her performance. We jumped along to the beat and it felt like being in another world, and she kept dirfting her eyes back to mine.
The bridge spurred on, my eyes glued to her when she walked out the barricade walk. When she knelt down my jaw dropped, knowing exactly what she was gonna do. When she pushed her head back and 'humped' the stage for a quick moment, her eyes was locked on mine made my cheeks heat up. I was in complete shock but even if I was I sang the lyrics with no hesitation, my heart pounding fast. This was nothing compared to the things she did to me days before.

After about an hour she was about to get off stage, thanking us all for being here and then she was off. I sighed and looked towards Avery, my eyes big and quiestionable.

"Come along if you want, i'm searching for her."
