Things happening in my life

Panic

So I have panic attacks and they are triggered easily by things like Horror, darkness and the undead. I'm really scared at the moment because my sister is in bed and my mum had to drive out to work. I heard a noise and a TV preview was on and that was horror. Also, my cat is acting strange and watching one place in my living room. I'm really terrified at the moment and don't think I can go any longer without a panic attack :( my house keeps making noises and I'm on the verge of tears.
Lord help me get through the night
