The sooner you realize it was never love: you will learn to love yourself, and love the body that you're in, love your mind, your God-given talents. You will soon learn to love the solitude, the peace and quiet you receive when you decide to put yourself first. The sooner you realize it was a game for them, and they never really had your best interest at heart is the moment you vow to never be anyone's placeholder.
When you show someone you would give them the world, your heart, and your entirety, you will be disappointed in the end. Where there is no reciprocation there is no love.
Love does not require chasing, love should not leave you questioning most importantly, love is abundant and ever-growing.
