A 14 year old boy and his 13 year old little sister steps out of their family's car. In front of them was a signboard that read "WELCOME TO CHRYSALMERE HIGH"
The girl stares at the signboard, possibly wondering on how she'll survive in a boarding school while her brother pulls their luggage out of the trunk. The warden greets them and gives them a tour of the school
After the tour that lasted for about an hour, the warden leads them to their dorms. After helping them unpack, their mother bids farewell to her beloved children.
"Don't worry, your dad's gonna pick you up by the end of this month for summer break."
"Yeah, thanks mom."
"It's okay, boarding school was a lot of fun back in the day. You two will enjoy it."
Their mother kisses them both on the forehead and gives them a hug, clearly showing that she's going to miss them. The girl's eyes start to water and the boy becomes a little quiet for a moment.
"Bye! See you on summer break!"

Fast foward to summer break where apparently, their parents had to go on a emergency trip overseas and the kids are left at school.
Luckily, they're not the only ones there. There are a few students who are also forced to stay at school
They go to sleep in their dorms, wondering what to do the next day.
