Where there is light, there is always shadow.
But where there is darkness, there is not always light.
And sometimes the darkest place you can be, is your own head.

His vision is blurry and he pulls his hood deep into his face as he stumbles along his way home. He mustn't collapse now. Even though it's been quite a lot to handle. Megumi would prefer to punch something or simply scream his lungs out, because that is usually the best way to deal with things that overwhelm him. But the city streets are too crowded today to have a mental breakdown then and there.
His feet carry him along the sidewalk as if they walk full automatically. The boy doesn't even look to the right or left side as he crosses the road. A car driver who just manages to brake in time honks at him and shouts something out of the window, but these noises disappear somewhere in the far corners of Megumis mind.
His head is completely empty, except for that nagging feeling of guilt and shame. What is wrong with him? He doesn't recognize himself. He had been absolutely ready to cross a line with this man. And it felt so tempting to give in to it...
And even now, he still misses that strong feeling when Sukuna kissed his neck and face. And the very thought of it almost drives him mad. Even when it got rough it was a breathtaking feeling - in a good way, though. And there precisely lies the rub...
His rational thinking still tells Megumi that this was not okay. It's not even about the fact that Sukuna beat him so hard, that he now looks like he's been hit by a bus. That's another story. No, when Sukuna jumped on him so brashly, pinned him, touched him, kissed him non consensually, the right reaction would have been to punch him in the face! ...which would probably have ended up in hospital for Megumi with more than just a burst eyebrow, but still...
But the feeling that flooded him when Sukuna dominated him, when he had deprived him of any possibility to fight back, to move at all, that was... just...
„Megumi?..."
A voice calling from behind, manages to get through all the biting emotions in his shattered brain.
„Megumi!"
And seconds later, a black limo appears at his height with the driver's window down. Megumi turns to the car and it takes him a moment to recognize the face.
„Mr. Ijichi?"
The man leaning out of the window has a harried expression on his face, as if he had been on the road all night.
„Luckily I found you! I was-" He suddenly pauses and pushes his glasses higher up the nose with his index finger. „What on earth happened to you? Have you been mugged? Oh my God, you are bleeding! You lo-"
„It's nothing, Mr. Ijichi", Megumi interrupts him as he desperately tries not to sob. He hasn't seen himself in the mirror yet, but he expects the worst.
Though, he cannot explain to him what has happened. On the one hand because he doesn't want to, but above all because he doesn't understand it himself. Even if it feels wrong to lie to the man.
In all the years he worked as Satoru's chauffeur, he was always respectful towards Megumi. But that doesn't change the case that Megumi also wants to avoid him from now on.
„Come get in. I can take you to the hospi-"
Megumi interrupts him a second time, „Did Satoru send you?"Kiyotaka Ijichi's hesitation, the way he nervously slides back and forth on the seat and like he adjusts his glasses are answer enough.
