Now, 15 December, 12 PM

"Lizzy, are you home?" I said as I walked through the door of our house in London. I moved here a few months ago and i shared it with Lizzy. Now you're probably thinking, Who is Lizzy? Lizzy is my best friend. I met her at my first modeling job in London, and since then, we've been inseparable. That eventually led to me moving in with her.

She also knows my darkest secret—my cheating list. What is a cheating list? Very simple: people who have cheated on others, and I make sure they get cheated on in return. Since the day I was cheated on, I swore that I would make every boy who has ever cheated on someone experience the same humiliation.

Which also means getting to know their secrets. It's now been two months since I almost fell off a bridge. There, you hear it—almost. I still don't know who the man was that saved my life. If I knew who it was, I would've thanked him so much. But no luck—not even Lizzy knew who it was. She was still at work when he brought me home.

The only thing I know about him is that he had brown hair and was a man, which makes me... I don't know how to describe it. That day also made me realize how dangerous life can be, because if that man hadn't saved me, I would've died. Some men are so aggressive, they don't know what they're doing, and it makes them do things they can't control.

After that day, he still didn't stop texting me, but I just ignored him because that's what I always do. It's called something like... revenge.

"Yeah, I'm here, just cleaning my room!" she yelled from her room upstairs.

"About time! Your room was a pigsty."

"Hey, that's not true."

"It sure was."

I walked over to the corner table and put my bag down, then headed to the couch to watch the news since it should be on around this time. I sat down and grabbed the TV remote that was lying right in front of me. I turned on the TV, and I was right—it was indeed the news.

News

"Hello, everyone. Today, we're back with the news of the day, from attacks in Russia to celebrity cheating. Here we are with Mat Anders."

Mat: "Hello, today there was another attack from Russia."

this again every time i open my news people have to be in a fight don't they

Mat: "Moving on, Riley and Thomas broke up because, according to her, Thomas cheated on her. She found out because she found messages on his phone from someone about a parry, along with some photos of them holding hands. Yet, fans are saying she's lying, and they totally disagree with what she said: 'Thomas would never do that. "No, you ugly bitch" on the other hand, her fans believe her. I can't choose a side because that's not my job, but thanks for listening."

"No way," I said, my eyes wide open. "How could I have looked up to him?"

"What?" Lizzy said, walking down the stairs, probably having heard what I said.

"Thomas cheated on Riley, which means I have to..."

"You're gonna make him fall in love with you to cheat on him," she said. "Girl, he was your celebrity crush."

"As you said... was."

"This is crazy. You can't do this."

"You know I can, and I will, okay?" I yelled at her, overwhelmed by all the mixed emotions I was feeling.

I looked at her, her expression shocked, and then I burst out in tears. I couldn't handle it—my celebrity crush had cheated on Riley, and now I had to cheat on him. She came to me and hugged me, And that was exactly what I needed: a good-warming hug. I hate to say it, but for the first time, I felt sorry. However, I couldn't let that stand in the way of my mission. It was clear I had to do this, but my only question was: How do I make sure not to fall for him? I mean, he was my celebrity crush, after all.

I wiped my tears away and pulled myself together. I had to do this. I let her go and walked over to the brown stairs—the ones that led to the basement. It didn't take long before she yelled my name.

"Paris!" she yelled from behind me.

I turned around to face her.

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes, I'm very sure," I said, with no emotion in my tone. Of course, I did have emotions at that time, but I didn't want them to show. If she knew, she would make me back out of it, and that was not what I wanted.

"I'll help you," she said. I looked at her in shock. She'd never helped me with these plans before—so why now? She walked over to the stairs, and I followed her. Now, you might be wondering, why to the basement? Well, basically, it's the place where I make my plans. It's where I come up with ideas, search for everything, and do everything I need to get to know the cheater—how to meet them, how to cheat on them.

I took the key out of my pocket, since I lock the door every time I'm not in there. I walked over to the door and unlocked it. Then I stepped inside, and Lizzy followed. She looked around, as if she had never been here before, since I never show anyone this place.

"So this is how it looks?" she said, looking shocked.

"Yeah, I know, it's not that pretty."

"You're kidding, right? This looks amazing! I love the red everywhere."

"Thanks," I said, smiling at her.

She walked over to the board with all the men who cheated, while I went to sit down in the red wheelchair next to the black bureau.

"Wait, so these are all the men?"

"Yeah, I know there are a lot," I said, opening my computer.

"You still didn't checkmark Brian?"

"I didn't!?"

I walked over to her and the board to see that it actually wasn't done yet.

"Wait a second," I said, taking a pen out of my desk.
