You were on the floor playing, while Dodger was keeping an eye on you. Even though he was a dog, he was very smart and stayed with you every time your dad was gone.

You looked over at Dodger, who was looking at you. You thought about saying your first word and so you tried saying Dodger's name, you just couldn't pronounce the letters or any letters for that matter.

You tried for about 5 minutes, until you finally managed to get it.

Y/n: "Dodge." You said, just as your dad came into the room.

Chris: "What did you just say, trouble?" Your dad asked, not sure if he heard you or not.

Y/n: "Dodge." You said again.

Chris: "My baby can speak." Your dad cheered, picking you up and giving you loads of kisses, making you giggle.

First Steps:

Your dad was in the kitchen cooking some food for the both of you while you were in the living room on the floor, watching 'The Little Mermaid'.

You could smell the food and that made your tummy grumble. You managed to balance yourself on your feet, thanks to Dodger, and slowly make your way to the kitchen.

When you saw your dad, you walked over to him and grabbed his leg. When your dad looked down, he saw you.

Chris: "What in the world?" Your dad questioned out loud, before picking you up. "Did you walk all the way over here?" Your dad asked you.

Y/n: "Yes." You said.

Chris: "Well done." Your dad said, putting you in your highchair so that you could feed yourself.

Your uncle Scott was babysitting you because your dad was filming and he had just put you to bed. He was now watching TV downstairs waiting for your dad.
