walking into the stables, minho saw jisung brushing destiny with a horse brush.

"hi."
minho said, trying to forget he saw this guy half naked just an hour ago.

"hi. so you're working with me today, huh?"
jisung chuckled, as he continued to brush destiny.

"I guess so. what are we going to do?"
minho asked, walking closer.

"well, four kids will come to ride horses. we have different groups of kids or adults every day, except for Saturday."
jisung answered, as he put destiny back in her cage.
"me and hyunjin usually do Sundays together, but that fucker worked overtime on Wednesday, so he would have a free Sunday. that's probably why your first job is with me."

"cool. so, what should I do?"
Minho asked, looking around.

Jisung checked his watch.
"well, first I gotta ask you if you ever did something like this. you know, lead the horses for the kids? these can't ride alone yet."

"well, not really."
minho admitted.

"so you're very lucky that we have a lot of time we can work with. do you have a favorite horse? grandma mentioned you used to be here every summer before."
jisung said, looking back at minho.

"mae."
minho answered without any hesitation.

"of corse she is, she's an absolute sweetheart."
jisung smiled, as he stared walking away, minho following him.
they walked to cage.

"unfortunately she doesn't participate in ridings with kids, because she's older, so you can't learn on her, because it will be different. so we're taking-"

"tak."
minho side eyed the horse as soon as he saw it.
"we have a history."

"oh damn. this is gonna be interesting."
jisung said, before opening the cage.
"hi tak. you're ready for your next riders?"

tak neighed, as jisung caressed his head.
after that, he gently patted his belly, before taking the halter with lead clipped on it, leading tak out of his cage.

"we will brush him right after our practice right now. the rest of the horses will be brushed by the kids, so we shall now teach you what to do."
jisung said, leading tak outside of the stables, minho following right behind him.

"where are we going?"
minho asked.

"we always start on this smaller circled paddock for the warmup, and then we actually go to ride. the riding part is easy, you just lead the horse, I'm pretty sure you did that already right?"

minho nodded.
"of course. but me and tak are NOT friends."

jisung chuckled.
"well it's time for you guys to bond."
he said.
"I could help you. you know, as the third party?"

"well let's try."
minho shrugged.

they entered the small circled paddock.

"okay, so first, just try the normal. let him sniff you, and then try caressing his head."
jisung said.

"okay..."
minho sighed, before slowly putting his hand in front of tak's nose, who sniffed it.
and just as he did, tak immediately pulled his head away.

"oh shit you weren't kidding."
jisung chuckled.
"what have you done to that horse?"

"absolutely nothing actually. he just always hated me from the start."
minho shrugged.

"well maybe it would be better if I did this part. how good are you with kids?"
jisung asked.

"I would say I'm good with them unless they are spoiled little brats that need a reality check."
minho said.
