Okay, one small change is the actor playing James Rhodey I forgot to make. I'll just pretend he was portrayed by Don Cheadle in the 1st film but Terrance Howard will play the role of a future character I'll reveal soon
Another change I would make is have Ivan Vanko survive, then he would become a recurring character throughout most of the saga too
Now this is where things will change. Here's a post credit sequence on Ivan Vanko, building him up to a bigger role than what he got in the saga. Oh and to build up another organisation for the heroes to fight:
Blurred lights. That all what he needed to see. A group of helicopters were seen before many soldiers landed in the fiery covered Expo and searched the area. One of the soldiers discovered a giant half burned piece of armour before rushing over to it and sees a Russian man...seemingly dead from the blast before he checks his pulse before hearing 2 beats per second. Meanwhile the other soldiers were searching where the explosions went off, hoping to salvage whatever armour they can find but alas, Hammer Drone tech was destroyed. Back to the Soldier, he sees Ivan Vanko getting up before looking at the yellow soldier. He tries to slash him but is too injured to do so and his armour was heavily demolished following the earlier battle against Iron Man and War Machine with the explosion following suite before the soldier calls somebody else using his headpiece
Soldier:Sir, we found one of them alive. Guess that armour of his can withstand nuclear firepower..
???:Excellent, Now put him on and don't damage what's left of that suit!
A group of soldiers follow then tear apart some of the armour before picking Vanko up by the arms with the 1st soldier putting the headphone to his ear as the rest carry what remains of his armour
???:Id saw your battle against Stark at Monaco and thought "Once your done serving Hammer's crummy pay check, I could offer you something better!" Better something then nothing I suppose, At least your alive
Ivan:...How do you know about Stark?
???:I don't, but I hate that smug playboy as much as you do. And in order for to get what we want! We need him gone, I'll give you the resources and-
