Asriel says this before leaving.
"By the way, Frisk. ...Take care of Mom and Dad for me, OK?"
Asriel turns away and walks off, as everything turns bright. Asriel feels even more sad, but he's happy that his parents are safe. (This is where things start getting more interesting.)
====Switching over to where Toriel and the others are.
Toriel speaks to Frisk, as they are waking up. Feeling worried about them and unsure if everything that happened before was a dream or not. But she says so, to comfort herself and those around her.
"Frisk! This is all just a bad dream...! Please, wake up...!"
Toriel sighs silently with relief and Frisk wakes up to greet all of them. She speaks to them with her kind smile.
"Oh! You are awake! Thank goodness!"
Alphys speaks to Frisk with relief in her voice.
"W-we were so worried...! It felt like you were out forever!"
Undyne laughs while also feeling relieved.
"Yeah! Any longer and I would have freaked out!"
Her expression changes to that of annoyed and sorta mad. But mostly annoyed. She says to Frisk with a gruff tone, annoyed and worried tone.
"Tell us next time you decide to take a nap,okay!?"
Sans speaks to them next.
"yeah. you made papyrus cry like a baby."
Papyrus immediately spoke in an annoyed voice.
"WHAT!! I DIDN'T CRY!!! I DON'T CRY!!"
His expression changes, he looks away for a moment while speaking.
"I JUST...CAUGHT SOMETHING IN MY EYE."
He turns back to everyone. Sans speaks to him, asking.
"what did you catch?"
Papyrus gets teary-eyed and he replies. "TEARS!!!"
Sans thinks to himself. bro, you are the best.
Asgore says to Papyrus. "Now, now. The important part is that Frisk is alright. Here, Frisk. Why not drink some tea? I'll make you feel better."
Toriel thinks to herself. I think Frisk needs some time to themselves.
She speaks to Asgore.
"Errr...How about we give them space, first? They must be exhausted." Her expression turns to confusion as she speaks. "Though, from what, I am not certain."
She thinks to herself. I feel like I've forgotten something important. But it could be because I am worrying about Frisk. She slightly sees a figure nearby that feels familiar to her. Leaning against the doorway. She looks that direction for a brief moment and it is gone. She thinks to herself. That was odd. Ah well, I am sure it was nothing. She immediately talks more to Frisk, nobody else seems to notice her looking at anything. Their only focus is on Frisk and to learn what happened. "Frisk...We do not remember exactly what happened. There was a flower...And then, everything went white. But now the barrier is gone. When you are ready, we will all return to the surface."
Toriel smiles and says. "It seems the door to the east will lead us there now. But before then...Perhaps you might want to take a walk? You can say goodbye to all of your wonderful friends. Do as you wish. We will all wait for you here." Frisk nods and walks off for a moment and sees the nearest savestar and touches it. Frisk hear's glitched out whispers and finally a few glitched screams and jumps back immediately, Frisk looks around the throne room and sees nothing. They decide to go to the Ruins, to say goodbye to Asriel. Frisk walks off, feeling like they're being watched for a moment, they decide to ignore it.
Some time passes and They're back where they fell. Asriel is watering the flowers, humming a tune to himself. (Humming his own theme.) Frisk greets him.
"Asriel."
Asriel looks around to face them with a sad look, forcing a smile. Asriel says.
"Don't worry about me. Someone has to take care of these flowers."
Frisk puts their hand on your right shoulder. You tell them.
"Frisk, please leave me alone. I can't come back. I just can't, OK? I don't want to break their hearts all over again. It's better if they never see me."
He sighs.
