Events that take 6 years before UnderVanquish's main story.
It is Undertale's True Pacifist ending basically up front but in a unique way with events that take place in the background, that make this very interesting.
Toriel gets a phone call from Papyrus, explaining that the human is about to lead to the barrier by Asgore. Hearing that Toriel dropped her phone and left the ruins to Asgores castle to prevent the fight and attempt to save both Frisk and Asgore.
Toriel will see something odd on the way there and more strange things later on afterwards.
Toriel hums silently to herself, feeling lonely, sad and worrying about the human, wondering if they are safe. Toriel's Thoughts. *I wonder how they are doing and if they are well....* Toriel sighed. "Time to put this Butterscotch pie in the oven now." She grabs it from her table and walks towards the oven, now carefully putting the pie in and sets the timer. Returning to her table. Cleans it and walks on over to the sink, now washing her hands, she dries them with her fire magic.
Now leaving the kitchen to her living room. She walks over to her bookshelf and gets her book on snails. She now walks over to her chair and sits down to read. Later on...It starts to beep.
Placing her book down, she returns to the kitchen. Toriel gets out the pie from the oven while wearing mittens, even though wearing them is not necessary.
She wears them while baking anyways, walking over to her table. placing the pie carefully onto the table to let it cool off, Toriel walks on over to her oven and sets it to (1 hour.) So she can catch up with how long the pie has cooled off. Getting her mittens off, she places them on the table and leaves the kitchen, getting her book. Holding it now. Returns to the kitchen and sits near the pie. Reading now. An hour passes. The oven starts beeping. Toriel walks over and turns it off. She walks to her fridge and gets out her jug of milk.
Heading now to the sink and grabs a large class and returns to the table. She places it down and returns to the kitchen for a knife. Now back at the table. Sits down and starts to eat the pie, but enjoying it is something she is unable to do. Her thoughts are only towards the child. Only fearing for them and hoping they are alright and free from **The Underground.** Getting up from the table now, wipes her mouth off with her napkin, grabbing her plate,silverware and empty glass. Walks over to the sink and cleans it. Returning now to the table, about to grab the pie, to place it into her fridge.
The phone starts ringing. Quickly leaving the kitchen after placing the pie onto the table. Heads into her living room and quickly grabs her phone on the table near her chair. Now answering the phone, hoping to hear the child on the other end.
"Hello? This is Toriel. Who is this?" A loud yet gentle voice answers. Hearing their voice starts to cause a ringing to her ears.
The voice on the other end says. "HELLO THERE! MY NAME IS PAPYRUS!"
Toriel nearly dropping her phone, Immediately startled instantly
Puts her left hand to her ringing left. While replying to this mysterious caller, feeling confused.
"Pardon me, but do I know you?"
Papyrus replied.
"NO, BUT I WAS TOLD TO CALL ALL THE HUMANS FRIENDS!
COME TO THE CAPITAL! IT'S IMPORTANT! THE KING IS THERE ABOUT TO LEAD THE HUMAN TO THE BARRIER!" Before Papyrus could continue speaking, Toriel replied. *I am sorry but I have to go!" Now pressing a button, turns the phone off, putting it into her left pocket. Now running into her hall and down the stairs and through the downstairs corriors, leaving **The Ruins.** Quickly closing the doors and running through the icey snow.
Monsters gasp and stare in awe over seeing her. Toriel ignores their reactions, her only focus is
Protecting another child from her ex-husband, before it is too late. Before he makes another
mistake.
