Azure's P.O.V.

He's now gone. Gone for good.

"Aren't we going to dispose of the body?" I heard Jake asked from behind as he came closer to examine the mark on the guys face.

If you're wondering what the marked looked like, it had the kanji '紺碧 竜' which means Azure Dragon. It was written down on me the forehead above his eye, his blonde hair covering almost all of it leaving half of the last kanji on view.

"No. We are going to leave it here, in case there are others alive. However, this will not be a warning, or a threat. It will be a promise. That if they ever, ever cross paths with us again, their torture will be longer and far more painful then what you've just witnessed."

???? P.O.V.

The girl said with the last words as if she knew we were here. She doesn't know. She's probably just guessing. I looked to my acomplice beside me, his eyes widened with fear as he heard the previous screams of pain. His eyes never leaving the dead body. I noticed that he sort of resembled the guy. The blond hair and blue eyes, it honestly was obvious. Between the three survivous and I he was the one that insisted to go more.

"Do you know him? You two seem like siblings" I whispered to him. In a monotone voice. Honestly, I couldn't care less if the corpse over there was his brother, lover, dad. I honestly didn't care. But I felt curious, and maybe the information will help me manipulate him in the future.

"He.. H-he... He was my brother. My little brother." He said with difficulty. Hmmm.. Interesting.. This would certainly help in the future... But like I care. But I had to act nice towards him if I wanted him to be in my side. Me more then anyone, know of this guys abilities.

I place a hand on his shoulder in the most convincing empathetic way and gave him a fake sympathy smile.

"We will avenge him. Don't worry." I said. He was going to reply but a kunai being sent directly between our heads and made us freeze in our positions.

What, were we too loud? Damn.

"Azure? What are you doing?" I heard the guy Jake asked. She didn't reply which had me worried. If we move, there's more chances she will hear us and atack. I mouthed to my partner who seemed to understand.

"Just checking something." She replied coldly. With her rage at the moment who knows what will happen. I thought.

"Let's go Azure. We need to get to the next village soon. The sun is startin to set."

I saw her glaring directly into my eye. Damn she saw me. But why isn't she attacking? Could she still have feelings for me? I smirked at that thought. If she does... Maybe I could get a hold of her abilities. But no. Her glare was more of a warning, a reminder of her previous words.

"Lets go then." She said as she adjusted the katana holder around her waist, mas she broke the gaze between us.

Remembering the 'promise' she made it was better to plan things out and not take her out when she's this angry. Even when she's not, she still surpasses my abilities. Even with all four of us trying to take her down, we would still have hard time.

Right now we were only two. And it didnt help that we were no longer five. Now, we were down to four.

"Let's go. Right now it's not the best time. We will inform the others about what happened, Dei." I told him with a fake smile.

"Hai, Susuki senei" with that we left.

Jake's P.O.V.

What was that kunai thing all about. Does she know something I don't? Is there something she's struggling to talk about?

"Azure, I know who those guys where, and all they did to us, I more then anyone know this must be hard, but would you care to explain the whole kunai thing?" I asked trying not to enrage her.

"Yes. I thought you might ask. I have a feeling there are more out there. And soon or later I was going to help me find and exile them."

"I see. Hm, I would gladly help you, but what makes you think there are more of them." I asked.

"The brat I recently killed was one of the four scums that we did not find the bodies to. I believe he had a brother. An older brother, and if i remember correctly, they were always proving themselfs to each other. When the other did something impressive the other had to be there to watch. They believed things they saw, so it only made sence he was trying to prove his beloved niisan that he could 'avenge' me on his own. Tch. Patethic. If they keep thinking like that they will end up worse then that brat. Just as that thought crossed my mind I thought I heard some whispers. Which only led me to conclude he was there." She replied. Hmmm right. I remember them. The little brats always fighting. Always proving who's stronger.

It made sence. But if they were there, it was still a possibility that they could still be following.

"What if they're following?" I asked cocking my head to the side.
"I took care of that." She said.
