A glass door opened letting in ten people at a time. Ellen told the man at the counter our names. It was a pre-booked party so only teens of our age groups could be seen scattered around.
"Hello!!!" a girl screamed on top of her voice. It was Brittney. Not again.
"Hi!" Ellen said, looking for Marilyn. I felt someone's hand rest on my waist. I saw no one so I dismissed it.
That's the problem about such parties. There's a lot of this and that in there.
"Marilyn!" Ellen waved and walked to a stumpy girl, in a cream coloured mid dress. This time I felt someone push me. I jerked a little and herd someone whine in pain.
"Ouch. That hurts girl!"
Oh.
So Nick, another geek from our class was doing it.
"What the hell have you been pulling me for?" I asked him, quite irritated.
"Woaah! Calm down my girl! It's just a friendly gesture."
"Really? Why don't you just shut the f up? And I ain't your girl scumbag. Dare not touch me again." I spluttered and walked away from him. I searched up Ellen, who was at the drinks counter, as if waiting for someone.
"Ellen!" I screamed as I marched to her.
"I've been finding you. Where have you been?" she snorted.
"I just was giving it off to Nick." I sighed. I felt sick, just like morning.
"Hey." I heard a boyish voice.
I had heard it before.
I turned around to find Justin there.
"Oh, Hi." He pulled me for a hug. I pushed him back in reflex.
Just so you know, We never did that before.
I saw Ellen's face redden up. I didn't want to do it. I tried reaching her, but she left.
I had a feeling This party was ruining my life. It was getting the shit out of me. I never had any kind of acquaintance with Justin. I knew him as my best friend's boyfriend, and now as her ex, and also as Michael's buddy.
"So, how're you doing?" Justin prompted the conversation. I put up a kind smile and just nodded. I try not replying when I'm upset.
"You look pretty." He grinned. "Black denims and sequined cream coloured shirt. Not bad baby."
I literally stared at him, giving him that disgusting look. Not even Michael had talked to me like that. I wanted to slap him right there. But for certain reasons, I didn't.
"I'll deal with you later." I spoke, not caring if he heard or not and left.
