**"Zoya... Zoya... Zoya, what's happening to you?"** Zoya had fainted in Aditya's arms. He gently tapped her face, but she did not respond, barely breathing.

Aditya quickly got up, grabbing a nearby robe to cover Zoya's bare body. Carefully, he carried her to the bed, grabbing the first clothes he could find, as he too was naked. He took Zoya down to his car and rushed her to the hospital.

**"Doctor, doctor, she has fainted!"** Aditya shouted, carrying Zoya in his arms through the hospital lobby.

**"Don't worry, we'll take care of it,"** replied the doctor, recognizing his colleague and the daughter of the hospital owner. The nurses took Zoya to a room.

The attending physician called Yash and Zoya's cardiologist, and they all arrived very quickly. Zoya received the necessary care. **"She will be fine; she will wake up soon. It's just a drop in blood pressure due to stress; the same thing happened to her the other day,"** explained the cardiologist to Yash.

Yash, relieved to hear that Zoya was okay, suddenly noticed Aditya. **"What are you doing here?"** Yash asked, anger in his voice.

**"He's the one who brought Zoya here!"** the doctor replied before stepping away.

**"What were you doing with my fiancée at this hour of the night?"** Yash demanded, furious.

**"She's no longer your fiancée. I need to talk to Zoya,"** Aditya said nonchalantly.

**"You will not talk to her. From today on, I strictly forbid you to see her or set foot in this hospital. Don't try to come between us and fill her head with ideas,"** Yash retorted, calling the hospital security.

The guards seized Aditya to throw him out.

**"Let me go... let me go!"** he shouted, struggling. **"Zoya... Zoya!"**

Zoya, waking up with a dazed look, saw Aditya being taken away and didn't understand why. She wanted to get up to go to him, but security was quickly dragging Aditya out under Yash's orders, who returned to Zoya's bedside.

**"Zoya, you're awake?"** he asked, concern in his voice.

**"Why are the security guards taking Aditya away?"** Zoya asked, confusion in her voice.

**"You just woke up, and the only thing you think about is that guy?"** Yash snapped, anger taking over him.

**"Yash, I want to go home, please take me!"**

He glanced at the nurse present to seek her approval.

**"Yes, of course, the doctor said Zoya could go home as soon as she woke up if she wanted,"** the nurse replied.

**"Okay, bring her clothes!"** Yash ordered.

She had been changed into a hospital gown for her treatment, and what she had been wearing was set aside.

**"But Zoya Ma'am didn't have any clothes when she arrived; she was just wearing this robe,"** the nurse clarified.

Yash turned his green gaze of anger toward Zoya, suddenly understanding. Aditya had brought her to the hospital... Zoya in a robe... at such a late hour of the night... Fury took over his face.

Zoya's expression remained frozen, devoid of emotion.

**"There must be a shop, clothes in this hospital! Bring her clothes right now,"** Yash ordered, his voice filled with anger.

**"Yes, of course, doctor,"** the nurse replied, trembling.

The car ride was heavy with tension for Zoya and Yash until they arrived in front of Zoya's house.

**"Did you inform my father?"** Zoya asked.

**"What do you think? It's 5 AM! Of course not, I didn't have time to call him,"** Yash replied.

**"So that's why you asked me for a break? To fool around with that sick Aditya Hooda?"** Yash asked, angry.

**"Listen, Yash, you and I are no longer together. I'm an adult; I have the right to date whoever I want!"** Zoya said, determined.

**"You will never be happy together,"** Yash said, frustration in his voice.

**"Why? Because I carry the heart of his deceased wife?"** Zoya retorted.

Yash was taken aback by this statement.

**"Yes, I know what you were hiding from me. I can't believe you could keep something so important from me,"** Zoya said, pain in her voice.

**"Do you really think Aditya will accept you when he knows the truth?"** Yash asked, worried.

**"That's none of your business,"** she said, getting out of the car and slamming the door behind her.

**"No, Zoya, I won't let you be happy, not after everything I've done for you!"** Anger, mixed with sadness, regret, and tears, made him cry as he vented his frustration on the steering wheel of his car.

Flashback

**"Ranbir, we need to set the plan in motion. Pooja is pregnant, and she's blackmailing me. She wants to reveal our affair to Zoya, not to mention Zoya's deteriorating health,"** Yash said on the phone, anxious.

**"I can't lose Zoya! I made my choice! I need the unconditional support you offered me,"** he added, his heart heavy.

**"Yes, of course, my brother. And when will this be?"** Ranbir asked, his tone serious.

**"Tomorrow night. Pooja's husband will be out of town. Ranbir, I want everything to be clean and look like an accident. Leave no trace."**

The next morning,

**"Hello Pooja, can we meet? At our usual hotel? I've thought about what you said yesterday, and I've made my decision,"** Yash said, trying to hide his unease.

**"I knew you would come to your senses. Even if you don't want to admit it, you love me as much as I love you,"** Pooja replied, her sultry voice betraying her hope.

**"See you tonight at 5 PM!"** Yash concluded, his heart heavy with guilt.

**"See you tonight, Yash. Kiss,"** she said, hanging up with a smile, convinced he would propose to her and acknowledge their child.

Pooja opened the door of the hotel on the outskirts of town, the place where she usually met her lover. She threw herself into his arms. **"Ohhhh Yash, I knew you would make the right decision!"** she exclaimed, but Yash remained frozen, not moving or reacting to her embrace.

**"You know, after receiving your call this morning, I spoke to Aditya before he went to the airline,"** he began, looking away.

**"And what did you tell him?"** Pooja asked, intrigued.

**"I didn't tell him anything, except that when he returns, I have very important news to share with him. When he's back, I'll ask him for a divorce, so you and I can get married."**

**"You did well not to tell him, because there will be no marriage between you and me. I'm not going to leave Zoya for a fool like you,"** Yash retorted, determination in his voice.

**"But what are you talking about? I love you, Yash, and I know you love me too! And what about our child?"** she said, tears in her eyes, her voice trembling.

**"What love are you talking about? When we got into this affair, I knew you were married, and you knew I was engaged. I can't live without Zoya,"** Yash affirmed, pain in his voice.

**"Without her money, you mean,"** Pooja shot back, bitter.

**"It doesn't matter, forget me! Forget this so-called relationship and live your life,"** Yash said, his voice firm but his heart heavy.

**"Well, it's not going to happen like that. I'm going to tell your fiancée everything,"** Pooja threatened, anger in her tone.

**"Well, go ahead,"** Yash challenged her, his gaze determined.

**"Yash Arora, you've messed with the wrong girl,"** she said, leaving the hotel room, crying and running. She got into her car, her heart heavy, Yash's words echoing in her mind like daggers. How could he have taken advantage of her like that?

**"Ranbir, it's time; Pooja has left the room."**

**"Yes, I'm following her!"** Ranbir replied, ready to act.

Pooja was driving more and more erratically, battling between her emotions and the steering wheel. Suddenly... **bammmm!**

**Ding...** A notification chimed on a phone. **"It's done... I'll inform the emergency services to get her to the hospital quickly... it's up to you to do the rest!"**

A tear rolled down Yash's cheek as he sat on the bed, the weight of the situation crushing him.

**"Hello Wasseem, we found a compatible heart for Zoya..."** He hung up, his heart heavy with guilt and anxiety.

End of Flashback

---

Zoya entered her home on tiptoe, her heart heavy. She didn't want to have to explain to her father the events of the last few hours. She slipped into her room, the sun about to rise, casting a soft and soothing light that contrasted with her inner turmoil.

She settled on her balcony, her gaze lost on the horizon. Her phone kept ringing. It was Aditya, insisting on talking to her. Zoya recalled the moment he had been dragged out of the hospital by security. She wanted to pick up to make sure he was okay, but a dull fear held her back. She wasn't ready to face his questions, to reveal her own troubles.

Just yesterday, she had gone to Aditya with the intention of revealing everything, but today, she felt too fragile to talk to him. The phone continued to vibrate, each sound resonating like a cry for help. **"Zoya, we need to talk, please! You're still at the hospital! Zoya, don't do this to me!"** She scrolled through some of the hundreds of messages Aditya had sent her, her heart tightening with each word. She felt completely overwhelmed by the situation.

Days passed, and Aditya continued to try to contact her. According to his secretary, Zoya had taken a few days off. She hardly left the house, engulfed in deep depression. Her only support was Noor, who did her best to comfort her. Zoya hadn't dared to reveal to her father what was happening. Aditya had come to her house several times, but she refused to see him. Each attempt at a meeting was thwarted by Yash, who kept a watchful eye on her.

Until that day when, in a burst of courage, she decided to send a message to Aditya. **"Can we meet?"**

**"You're finally out of your isolation! Where do you want to meet?"** he asked, a glimmer of hope in his voice.

**"At the park, like last time,"** she replied, her heart racing. **"How about in 2 hours?"**

**"Okay!!"** he replied, and Zoya felt a slight relief. Maybe this meeting would be the opportunity to put words to her emotions, to break the silence that weighed on her.
