nyc and taytay

October 16th 2021:

After spending a few more days in LA, I planned to go to New York to visit Taylor. She just came back from London and she and Joe were staying at her penthouse in NYC for a few weeks. After I went on the late late show, the video from Harry's concert went viral and everyone was thinking we were dating at this point. I called Harry that evening and he laughed his ass off, when he replayed the video of my reaction on the television. We talked the whole evening about the interview and how I felt performing again, I opened up to him about the whole idea of touring the album next year. He supported me with the idea and even suggested that he would join me for a few tour dates, before he will continue his tour next summer. I promised him that I wouldn't back out of it and call my manager the next days. As promised I called Paul, who is a good friend of Harry's manager Jeffrey. I've know Jeff for a while and he worked for me part time but he decided to join Harry on tour, so I had to find a new one. Paul is really nice and we get along really well. He never really pushed me into obeying him or telling me what to do, we are more like great colleagues. He told me that we should meet up, when I am in New York so we could start planning my tour.

So now I am sitting at LAX waiting for my plane to be ready for boarding, while watching the people surrounding me. I loved being at airports, you can see so many individuals coming together at one place. I saw some couples hugging each other after not seeing each other for a year or maybe only a few days, it makes me feel warm around the heart. I didn't know their stories but their love was filling up the room. There was a family of three impatiently waiting in front of the arrivals gate. I kept my gaze on the door, wondering who makes them so excited about their arrival. Sometimes we don't know how we make others feel and I am certain that the young girl coming out of the sliding door didn't know, how her sister was bouncing around excitingly just a few seconds ago. I smiled at their reunion. When I noticed the proud expression on her father's face, I saw him hugging her even tighter. They all seemed to have a pretty strong bond. The love this place captures is unmatched. It makes me want to experience love even more. No one has ever really expressed their love to me. ever. Of course my parents often told me that they loved me, but it wasn't the love I meant. I wanted to experience the love that makes me shriek when I get home after kissing them, love that makes me smile so much that it annoys the people around me, love that makes me write love songs about them, love that makes me give up my urge of independence, love that didn't make me question if this is the most amount of love, I could get. I just want someone, who will be as excited for my arrival as the little girl a few minutes ago. It's like Hugh Grant said in love actually it seems to me that love is actually all around. If only I could get so lucky and find my prime minister, like Natalie found hers. "Flight 5032 to New York is ready for boarding please have your passport and flight ticket ready to be checked." was what brought me back from my thoughts. I grabbed my bag and made sure it was closed. Most of the people were already through the check in, so the line was rather short. I approached the friendly looking lady and gave her my passport and showed her my plane ticket. She quickly wished me a good flight and went on with checking in the next people.

The walk to the plane wasn't long and I quickly got to my seat. I had a window seat and suddenly remembered that I haven't told Harry that I was already on my way to New York. I snapped a picture of my view from the window and opened my massages to inform him.
