The Summer Vacation

And We're off!!

I wake to the sound of the radio playing "California Girls" - Katy Perry. I rub my eyes and turn my head to see a very handsome man laying next to me and looking at me with his gorgeous eyes. I smile at him, "morning handsome." He looks into my eyes and replies," Morning beautiful!"

We both crawl out of bed, I go into my closet to change while he goes down to make breakfast for us. I pick out my dark wash Hollister short shorts and navy blue Hollister tank top and slip on my white converse. Then i head to the bathroom to brush my hair and do my makeup. Once I am satisfied with my look I make my way downstairs, following the scent of freshly made french toast. Mmmmmm.

I follow the smells to the dining room and see the table set with a pile of french toast on a plate. I look up and see Nick standing there smiling at me. "You made french toast, my favorite!!" I said so excited. "Yes, Chloe I did. I wanted to make you a delicious and special breakfast before we leave for our flight." He replies Oh shit I totally spaced on the flight! I looked at the clock, 8:16AM, it read. Our flight was at 10:30AM, so we sat down at the table at ate breakfast. When we finished cleaning up we went up to my room and grabbed my bags and made our way out to Nick's car. We placed all the stuff in the trunk and I went back inside to say goodbye to my mom.

Then hopped in the car and were off to Nick's house to puck up his bags. We pulled up to his house and he went in to get his bags while I waited in the car. I sat quietly and listened to the radio playing "one, two step" - Ciara. That song always made me feel like dancing. Nick waved into the house as he made his way out to the car. He placed his bags in the trunk then got back in the car. By now it was 9:30AM.

We got to the airport and parked in 10 minutes. We grabbed our bags and checked our bags in the got in line for security. By the time we made it through security it was 10:15AM. We made our way to our gate and sat down and waited for loading time. After a few minutes the announced the boarding of our plane and we hopped in line and gave the guy our tickets and we made our way down the hall and onto the plane. We sat in the middle of the plane, I got window seat and Nick sat next to me.

Everyone finally finished boarding and the plane made its way to the runway!! At this point I was becoming more and more excited as I knew we were nearing closer to our vacation!!!!

We took off and Nick and I just sat there and listened to our music for the 30 minute plane ride. We landed and were off to baggage claim. We finally got out bags after standing there for 10 minutes. Then we were off to the car that was picking us up. We walked out of the airport and my mouth dropped and eyes widened.......
