We walked out of the airport and I see the car that Nick is renting for the summer. "OH MY GOD!!!" I scream!! He looks at me smiling and I jump into his arms giving him a huge hug. I can't believe he rented us a teal 2015 Corvette Stingray!!! It is my favorite car!! That is my dream car!! I'm in such disbelief right now I can't think straight!!
Nick unlocks the car and opens the passenger door for me and I get in. He puts our bags in the back and then gets in. He starts the car and we're off to the freeway! I turn on the radio and then it up and sing along. We roll down the windows and we enter the freeway!!
It is only 5 minutes later that we are all going slowly down the freeway with the traffic. Well this is boring... I turn down the radio and look at Nick," So what is the plan for today?!" I ask him. He looks at me and smiles," You are the plan!" He says with a mischievous smirk. My smile widens, I totally forgot about that! I was so busy thinking about the car that I forgot. "Sounds good!" I say then turn the radio back up.
At this point we have started moving again and are steadily making our way to the beach.
After about 25 minutes of driving, Nick turns off the freeway onto a road full of beach houses right next to the beach. I wonder which one is ours?......
