It was the first day of a new year at Daejin Academy, and the buzz of excitement filled the air as students flooded into the gates, chatting with friends, carrying new books, and eagerly finding their way to their classes. The school, with its towering brick walls and sprawling campus, was known for its competitive academic programs, strong extracurricular clubs, and, of course, its unique House System.

As the sun rose higher, casting its warm rays across the courtyard, the students began to gather in the large assembly hall, the perfect space to kick off the year with the traditional House Sorting Ceremony. Each student had been placed in one of four houses, a system designed to build not only academic excellence but personal growth through teamwork, leadership, and spirit.

The headmaster, a tall, stern figure with a commanding voice, stepped up to the stage. His eyes scanned the room, and the chatter immediately hushed. The moment had come.

"Welcome back to an exciting year at Daejin Academy," the headmaster began. "Today, you will be joining one of the four houses that define our school community. Each house has its own core traits, a set of values we uphold and cherish here. As you step forward, remember-your house is not just where you belong, it is where you will grow, challenge yourself, and discover your true potential."

The four houses, Ignis, Aurelia, Lumen, and Terran, had become more than just names-they were symbols of the students' own unique qualities, values, and ambitions

The four houses, Ignis, Aurelia, Lumen, and Terran, had become more than just names-they were symbols of the students' own unique qualities, values, and ambitions. Each house was represented by a color, a banner that flew proudly in the school courtyard, and each year, the house with the most points claimed the prestigious House Cup.

The students lined up in their respective grades-Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12-and as each student was called forward, they would receive their house assignment. It was a simple process, but one filled with anticipation. Each student would proudly take their place in the house that best fit their personality.
