He created artificial organs that work just like normal ones

He created items that could help Police Officers, Military and Firefighters

But he didn't create anything for Heroes because Nine said on an Interview how a Hero told him he can't be a Hero and he decided to help people other way

Well, the truth is that Nine never leave Japan, he created a temporary clone of himself who go to America while him he's staying in the laboratory
