}{Later that night 3rd person POV}{

"What a pain in the butt...I've got to find a way to stop her" Aqua brooded, he sat on the long chair in the office. Miyako leaned against the desk with a steaming cup of coffee in her hands, "There you go again," she sighed.

"After what happened to Ai-san, I sympathize with you not wanting to let your sweet sister follow that same path. You know, I... still find myself thinking that if I'd done this or that back then, maybe things would be different now." She explained softly, "I never want to feel like that again"

Miyako spoke about raising Ruby as a daughter and her conflicting feelings about allowing Ruby to reach her dream. Aqua sighs as he thinks about what he needs to do. Each lost in their own world didn't notice the soft shuffling steadily approaching the office door.

Miyako and Aqua turned their heads to the door creaking open, [Name] walked in wrapped in his favourite blanket. "[Name] what are you doing out of bed?" Aqua asked, he stood up to take his younger twin back to bed. Once in the hallway [Name] grabbed the hand Aqua had on his shoulder, "I know what you did."

Aqua flinched at the declaration but hid it, "What..?" he asked hesitantly. [Name] turned around and smiled at his older brother, "It's so obvious you're the one who called Ruby about her application." he chuckled. Aqua stood there wide-eyed and speechless.

"Let me take a guess, You took Ruby's phone and sent a text to the agency stating that she's withdrawing her application, then you blocked their number so they couldn't contact her. After that you went to Director-san's home, and you borrowed his cell phone to call Ruby informing her that her application was being rejected." [Name] explained, Aqua's brows furrowed he had fooled everyone except this little bastard he calls his twin.

Aqua let out an irritated huff, 'I swear it's like he's actually a psychic! Maybe the director told him.' he thought. "Did the director tell you this?" Aqua flatly asked. "No, you can fool everyone else except me Onii-san," [Name] laughed.

"I won't tell Ruby anything but, just know that she was absolutely devastated when she heard the news. If she found out it was you who orchestrated this, well....let's just say I want no part in it." With that [Name] walked back to his bedroom leaving Aqua standing in the hallway.

"Damn brat," Aqua grumbles, before going back into the office. "Did he go back to bed?" Miyako asked Aqua, "Yes, there's also something I have to do about this Ruby situation." he reported as he walked over to the desk where an employee was. Aqua picked one of the agency's business cards from the desk, "I'll be borrowing one of the agency's business cards, okay." He told Miyako.

"What are you planning?" Miyako inquired. Aqua folded his arms and began to explain his plan.

}{The next afternoon}{

A young girl with black hair walked out of Yilibu's door onto the streets. Her hands clutched her small white handbag as she walked. Aqua who was wearing a suit, glasses with a neat hairstyle waved at her to stop. "Can I have a minute of your time?" He asked flashing the girl a charming smile as he tucked a strand of hair behind his ear.

The girl grew visibly cautious, "What do you want?" She asked with an edge to her voice. "Here take a look at my card," Aqua said as he pulled out the business card from his pocket.

The girl's eyes widened in surprise at the familiar name on the card, "Strawberry Productions?" She excitedly asked. Aqua worked his magic and got the girl back to the house for an 'interview'.

The girl, Lala-chan looked around the office with glee. Aqua talked to her about her agency policies, current salary, the relationships in the group and the terms of her contract, all while Miyako watched on from her chair beside Lala-chan.

Lala-chan went on a tangent about a girl in her group being favoured and how despite her taking the job seriously management is a joke. At the end of the session, Aqua and Miyako sat side by side in the chair to talk about what just happened.

In the end, they agreed on what would be best for Ruby.

"Yume, tomorrow's going to be a good day." [Name] told Yume with a smile. Yume who sat on the floor cutting out pictures for [Name] to stick in his journal looked up with a raised eyebrow. "How so?" he asked.

"Ruby's going to be an idol." [Name] explained. "Are you sure, [Name]?" Yume raised an eyebrow. "When have I ever been wrong, Yume?" [Name] grinned, his face snuggled into the pillow on his bed where he lay. "I guess you're right," he shrugged. Yume continued to cut out his pictures while [Name] simply stared at him with a faint smile.

}{The Morning}{

Ruby carefully applied mascara to her eyelashes in the mirror as she prepared for the scout meeting.  Aqua and I sat at the dinner table having breakfast with Miyao while she did this, "Please pass the salt onii-san," [Name] asked Aqua. "You'll just end up putting way too much and pretend like you didn't just spoil your food," Aqua stated as he shook enough salt onto [Name's] fried eggs. "You treat me like a child," [Name] complained, "Then stop acting like one," Aqua remarked.

"Boys," Miyako said so they could settle down.

"Ta-da! So how do I look?" Ruby asks, posing when she finishes getting ready. You look cute," Miyako answers. Hopefully, you didn't get ready for nothing," [Name] states before biting his eggs.

"Well I have to look fashionable for my big day," Ruby smiled with a spin, "Oh I can't wait!" she squealed.

Miyako turned to Ruby with a serious expression, "Ruby are you serious about this?" She asked. Ruby looked Miyako in the eyes with a nod. Miyako sighed, "You know the world you're about to enter into is a harsh place, right?" She asked. She went on about the reality Ruby will face as an Idol. The bad pay, stalkers, rumours. Ruby cut Miyako off mid-sentence because Aqua had already warned her about this.

"You better believe it! After all, now's my chance...I can finally become an idol. I'm gonna be like mom!" Ruby proclaimed with all her heart.

Miyako stared wide-eyed, and then a small smile graced her lips. "You really mean that?" Aqua asked. "Yes, I do!" Ruby exclaimed.

Miyako stood up and spoke, "Then don't join that group" Just as Ruby was about to ask why with tears in her eyes Miyako continued, " If you really mean that then join our agency. Strawberry Productions will be putting together an idol group for the first time in over a decade."

[Back in the office]

Miyako walked Ruby through the process of signing the contract, when they finished Ruby looked at her contract with a bright smile. Aqua stood off in the corner looking at his sister. [Name] hugged his sister and congratulated her on becoming an Idol, "I knew you'd become an Idol!" [Name] said.

"This is also a necessary procedure for entry to the performing arts department, so don't be mad, Aqua," Miyako informed. Aqua looked away "Never said I was against it." I said.  "Yeah right," [Name] scoffed.
