For the next 7 days, Hoseok and Seokjin explored different places in Japan... Diving into a world where tradition meets innovation, and culture is around every corner... After the dinner with the Mins, they visited Tsukiji Market, a food lover's paradise... From the freshest seafood to delicious street eats, there was everything a person need to quench his thirst...

Hoseok's camera captures close-ups of sizzling takoyaki, steam rising from bowls of ramen, and vendors skillfully slicing sashimi... The same night they made their way to Shibuya Crossing, surrounded by neon lights and towering buildings... Thousands of pedestrians cross this intersection with precision and grace every cycle... It's like a dance, a mesmerizing harmony of humanity...
Hoseok captured the dynamic crossing from various angles, his camera lens capturing the energy and rhythm of the city's heartbeat...

Hoseok and Jin hike up the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine's path, where vibrant torii gates form a tunnel of colors that leads to a breathtaking view of Kyoto... Each step took them deeper into Japanese spirituality and nature's embrace...

This time, Hoseok made Jin as the incharge of capturing shots.. The older male was hesitant but agreed eventually... His camera captured the path through the torii gates, framed against the setting sun, creating an otherworldly ambiance…They also explored a serene countryside landscape, they stood before a centuries-old temple nestled among vibrant cherry blossoms... The temple, hidden amidst the cherry blossoms, is a testament to the country's spiritual heritage... Hoseok captured the temple's intricate architecture, the delicate petals of cherry blossoms dancing in the breeze, and the soft hum of nature...

Kinpira gobou, Kiritanpo nabe, Okonomiyaki, Hokkaido katsu curry, Tochioage tofu, Nakaduzke, Chawanmushi, and more were the dishes they tried over the course of 7 days... And finally, here they are at a traditional tea house...

Hoseok and Jin kneel on a tatami mat inside a traditional tea house, engaged in a tea ceremony with a kimono-clad...
The camera captures the graceful movements of the tea master, the serene atmosphere of the tea room, and the profound sense of tranquillity...

"So, How was your experience?" Hoseok asked while enjoying his tea…

"Honestly I am enjoying every second of it... It's amazing how every food item has a story of its origin... You know after joining 'Backyard Bowls' I never for once took a day off... At first I used to enjoy it a lot... Then with every passing day it started getting more and more stressful... But now... I am happy that I agreed to this... Everyday is more memorable than my past seven years of working... I genuinely can't thank you enough for this" Seokjin responded before taking a sip enjoying the bomb of flavours of this amazing hot tea

"I am glad that you agreed... Because I truly love your company... You have immense knowledge about food... Even in the most complicated dishes you can easily identify the ingredients and the way you enjoy the food like you are living it... I love that..." The younger male stated, looking at the beautiful human right in front of his eyes… Seokjin's face turned red and took a sip of tea of that hot tea with urgency and choked at the burning sensation around his tongue " sorry about that... and thanks but I must say you are pretty good too like from the way you talk on the camera to your style of expressing your experience makes it really fun to watch... I genuinely enjoyed watching it"

Hoseok's smile grew wide... "Excited for Singapore?"

Seokjin reciprocates the same big smile "Hell yeah"

_____

Along with the vibrant streets of Singapore, a symphony of colors, aromas, and flavors unfolds in the form of its cuisine...
