It was hard for them, especially for Jin because he wasn't feeling good... Hoseok suggested to take a break but the older wanted to continue...
From the romantic streets of Paris to the charming villages of Provence, France's beauty Hoseok captured the divine architecture, landscapes, and cultural heritage... The intricate details of Gothic cathedrals, the grandeur of châteaux, and the serene beauty of lavender fields and vineyards all contribute to the enchanting allure of the country… They tried the Haute Cuisine that showcases intricate techniques and elegant presentation... It's a celebration of artistry on the plate, featuring multiple courses with delicate flavors and textures...
Each region of France has its own specialties, from the hearty stews of Brittany to the bouillabaisse of Provence... They tried it all, experiencing the diversity that reflects the country's varied landscapes and cultural history...
Hoseok and Jin got a chance to explore the fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients and rench sauces, like béarnaise, hollandaise, and velouté, are a cornerstone of the cuisine…
Today, they are up for some wine tasting... Under the warm sun, Hoseok and Jin stroll through the picturesque vineyard, rows of lush grapevines stretching out before them... The air is filled with a faint aroma of earth and sweetness... Seokjin reaches out to touch a cluster of ripe grapes, feeling their plumpness between his fingers...
Hoseok gestures towards the winery building in the distance "Shall we start the tour there?" The older male nodded and they enter the rustic building, the coolness a welcome contrast to the sun's warmth... Barrels and stainless steel tanks line the walls, exuding an earthy scent of fermentation... A guide introduces herself and begins to share the winemaking process, from grape selection to bottling...
"Do you think they will allow us to have a taste?" Hoseok whispered in SeokJin's ear…
"I don't know but honestly I genuinely wanna try it...so that you can sing me songs in my grandma's voice " Seokjin whispers back with a hint of teasing in his voice
"You won't get over it, will you?" Hoseok asked while slipping his arm around the older's waist… Seokjin snuggled closer to him "Not until you finally sing it for me" he said with a smirky smile then put his tongue out to him when the younger looked intensely into his eyes
As they move through the winery, Hoseok and Jin observe the careful craftsmanship involved in each step... They listen with fascination as the guide explains the nuances of ageing in oak barrels and the importance of the terroir...
Finally, it's time for the tasting... They step into a cosy room with wooden tables adorned with glasses and wine bottles... The guide pours the rich crimson hue of the wine in their glasses...
Jin raised his glass and inhaled the bouquet before taking a small sip... his eyes close momentarily as he savours the wine's intricate flavours... Hoseok watched the older male, intrigued, before taking a sip and nodding appreciatively, his lips curling into a satisfied smile…
"Sublime," Jin whispered, and they clink their glasses together, lost in the moment and the exquisite taste of the French wine...
With the tasting complete, Hoseok and Jin purchased a few bottles of their favourites to take with them... "It was fun" Hoseok stated as soon as they got into the hotel room…
"I know right... Do you wanna experiment with it by mixing them together?" Seokjin asked with his voice filled with excitement
"woah woah... No... I don't want to deal with your drunken self... I almost had a boner that night" Hoseok said while opening his laptop to transfer the data… Seokjin's cheeks turned red hearing that "whatever... I am trying it anyway" saying that he took two glasses and opened one of the bottles
Just like that... Hoseok once again ended up singing like an old lady for the whole night…

Today, they mark 2 years of their journey of '2Seok diaries'... It's funny how they have grown so close to one another... After covering various cuisines, enjoying the stories behind every dish and meeting wonderful people... They are exploring Ecuadorian cuisine that lies in its diverse array of flavors, ingredients, and regional specialties... There are only 2 destinations remaining after they get done with South American countries...
Ecuador's geographical diversity, encompassing the Andes mountains and the Pacific coastline, influences its cuisine... This fusion creates a balance of hearty, mountain-inspired dishes and seafood-rich coastal flavors…
What fascinates SeokJin more is the how Corn is a staple in Ecuadorian cuisine, with a multitude of colorful varieties used to create dishes like tamales, humitas, and mote pillo... He had no clue that people would actually appreciate Corn like this...
And then the range of flavorful sauces and salsas, such as aji (chili pepper sauce) and encurtidos (pickled vegetables), that elevate dishes with tangy and spicy notes... He is sold, SeokJin has already filled his bag with these sauces...
Currently, Hoseok and Jin are enjoying locro de papa (potato soup) and encebollado (fish soup) showcase the creativity and heartiness of Ecuadorian cooking... "I love encebollado" Hoseok said, enjoying the freshness of the meal…
Seokjin who was staring at him with admiring eyes,chuckled "and I love seeing you enjoying your meal" but then his eyes widen realising what he just said... And immediately started stuffing his mouth with lots and lots of goodness
Hoseok smiled shyly and looked up to see the boobooball... "Jin... I wanted to tell you something... You know, all the time we have spent together... It has been the great time... I love how you enjoy everything and don't hesitate to show your passion for learning new things and sharing your experience... I want to say that... I like..... Jimin" Hoseok's eyes grew wide when he saw the man he never thought he will ever get to encounter
Seokjin was listening to Hoseok's words with a shy smile which turned into a confused one when he heard the name 'Jimin' he looked at where Hoseok was looking and saw a golden brown haired male with an amazing eye smile talking to someone more like blushing at whatever the other male was telling him

Hoseok was lost... lost in the charm of those almond-shaped eyes that are characterized by their slightly downturned outer corners, which lend a sense of elegance and depth to his gaze... A dainty and well-proportioned nose, adding a sense of harmony to his facial structure... The slight upturn at the tip of his nose adds a touch of playfulness to his overall look...
Jimin's lips are highlighted due to their natural fullness... Creating a prominent feature as his lips curve gently, exuding warmth and charm... but when his eyes landed on Hoseok, a gasp escaped his lips and orbs grew wide...
