Chapter Thirteen: Chaos Emerald Mayhem.

Amy swung open her door, her eyes closed "Shadow no you can't have the rest of my coffee beans," Amy opened her eyes to find Tails instead of the black hedgehog "Oh Tails!, What are you doing here?," Amy asked "Well I've located two chaos emeralds," Tails lifted his miles electric showing the pink hedgehog the two blinking emeralds, the red and the white emerald "They were so far apart from each maybe we can send Shadow and Silver to collect that one,".

Amy placed her finger onto her chin "But what about Dark Sonic?," Amy asked "I don't know, All of Dark Sonic's he's been using those spheres, and now that energy blast," Tails said, the pink hedgehog nodded his head "Well I'll contact the others and we'll head out," Amy pressed her wrist watch as a small profile picture of Shadow popped up. Tails smiled brightly before flying off toward his workshop.

"Shadow I swear you can't be stealing coffee beans from the kitchen!," Amy groaned, as the black hedgehog placed another bean into his mouth, rolling his eyes in the process "Where's Tails?," Sliver asked, a teal aura around his body as he floated around Tails's workshop, "He said to meet in his workshop but he's not even here!," Knuckles growled. Turned his gaze toward a nearby shelf as a small fox flew out from behind it "Sorry!, I had to grab some extra screws and my tool bag," Tails placed his tool bag onto his desk "What did you need us for Tails?," Sliver asked.

"Well we're the only ones who've gone against Sonic, and usually every time we do go against him we get badly injured," Tails explained "Shadow is our only chance due to his ability with the chaos emeralds," Tails smiled "So I've invited some backup to help us out," The fox pointed toward the doorway.

"Hello everyone,"

The group turned around, meeting contact with a light purple cat, who wore a purple and red outfit as a red gem stood in the front of her forehead. "Blaze!," Sliver quickly lowered himself down, before running up to the cat and giving her a tight hug "Hello Sliver," Blaze smiled, a light pink blush appearing on her face before fading away, "Blaze we are so glad to see you!," Amy smiled brightly "Alright now for stage two," The group turned back toward Tails "As of right now we have two chaos emeralds, the green and blue emeralds," Tails explained "I've located the red and white chaos emeralds," The screen above Tails, flashed to life as it showed two blinking chaos emeralds on the map.

"I haven't located the purple, cyan, or yellow emerald but with the more emeralds we collect we should be able to find those three quickly," Tails quickly turned around toward his desk "Oh yeah!, I made these for you," Tails turned back toward the group, walking up toward Silver and Blaze as he handed each a watch that matched them.

"It's for you guys to communicate with us," Tails smiled "I love it, Thank you Tails," Blaze smiled "Really thank you for allowing me to join you to save Sonic," Blaze said, Amy walked up toward Silver and Blaze "We'll stop Dark Sonic, and save Sonic!," Amy smiled brightly "Then we'll help everybody reconnect with Sonic," Knuckles grinned "Let's head out then and find those chaos emeralds!," Amy said, turning toward Shadow who had just finished the bag of coffee beans.

"YOUR SUCH A NUISANCE!," Dark Sonic growled as a blue ghost that formed Sonic floated around the dark hedgehog, his emerald eyes were glaring at Dark Sonic, both hedgehogs floated on a small cliff that showed most of Mobius "You almost killed my friends!," Sonic growled "So?, This is just the beginning of ruining your life and making you regret forgetting all about me," Dark Sonic said "What do you mean forget...?," Sonic muttered "Like I'd tell you," Dark Sonic crossed his arms "Your friends will never defeat me," Dark Sonic narrowed his eyes "They will!, Tails has already broken the collar-,"
