Are You Crazy? (Solangelo)

Nico's POV

"Hey, Will?" I called, walking into the infirmary.  I looked around the main room.  A few of the curtains were pulled around the beds but other than that no one was in the room.  Just then, one of Will's siblings, Mikey I think, walked out of the office.

"Hey.  Mikey, right?" I stopped him.

He nodded and looked up.  "Hey, Nico.  Are you looking for Will?" he asked.

I nodded, waiting for his answer.

"The last time I saw him, he was checking on patients in the back but he might be in the break room by now," Mikey told me, smirking.

I walked as calmly as I could across the room and through the double doors, but as soon as I was out of Mikey's sight, I took off down the hallway.  I was going so fast that I crashed into someone who was walking out of a room.

"I'm so sorry," I sputtered, regaining my balance.  "Have you seen Will?"

"Well not since this morning," Will's voice came from above me.

"Will!" I exclaimed, taking some of the charts out his hands.

"I'm glad you're so happy to see me.  I was just going to come find you," Will informed me.  His smile was dazzling.

"I have a question for you," I told him, a smirk on my face.  My boyfriend looked a little confused.

"What do you need, Sunshine?" Will asked.

"I was wondering," I started, fidgeting with my hands, "if you would pierce my ear for me."

"Are you crazy!" Will yelled.  "I am not piercing your ear!"

"Will," I pleaded, giving him my best puppy-dog face.

"You know I can't say no to you when you look at me like that," Will complained.

"Please?" I asked, refusing to let the subject drop.

"Ugh, fine," Will said, grabbing my hand.  "Come on."

He led my out the double doors and over to the chart station.  He took his time putting away the charts.  I patiently waited, rubbing my thumb over the knuckles of the hand that was still holding mine.

Finally, Will finished and sat me down on one of the beds.  He then walked around the infirmary, gathering the supplies he needed.  He loaded them all onto a cart and rolled it over to me.

"Alright, you ready?" He asked.

I nodded and handed him the earring I wanted.

Will prepped my ear, wiping it with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.  then he made a small dot on my ear with a marker.  Will took the earring out of my hand and put it in the earring gun.

"Wait!" I stopped him, suddenly nervous.  "Can you numb my ear?"

"Awe, are you scared, sunshine?" Will teased, kissing my cheek.

I blushed and looked away.  "No!"

"Sure," Will mocked.  He got up and walked into the break room.

He came back with a towel full of ice and held it to my ear.  I shivered a little and Will laughed.  After a few minutes he removed the ice, checked the mark he made and picked up the earring gun.  Will held it to my ear and I heard a click.

"All done," Will told me, handing me a mirror.

I took it and turned my head to look at the earring.  It was a round stud that said "If you can read this, you are too fucking close!" with a smiley sun under the words.

"I love it, Will," I smiled, pecking him on the lips.  "Thank you."

"You know, I was kind of worried about this but I really do like you with an earring," Will told me, pulling me into his arms.  "It makes you look a lot more sexy."

I kissed him and I felt him smile against my lips.  I smiled too and continued to kiss my boyfriend.
