The Fortune Teller

The sun hung high in the sky, casting long shadows over the small village as the gaang made their way through the cobbled streets. They were on another adventure, seeking out a place of rest before continuing their journey to the next Earth Kingdom town. This time, they'd been invited to visit a mysterious fortune teller who had promised to reveal their futures.

Katara : I am so excited to meet this fortune teller i really wanna know what will happen in the future.

Y/n : don't we all.. But i don't like this fortune teller stuff

Toph : I don't mind giving it a try even though i don't really care

Sokka : No Y/n is right for once this is stupid you guys should know these are just scams

Y/n : .....

.

They soon reach the village where the fortune teller resides its a very bustling village with a decent amount of people outside. they are guided to the fortune teller's house by a man they met just outside the village

Village man : Here it is Aunt Wu's House this is where everyone goes to find out their fortune

Katara : Finally we're here i can't wait to find out my future

Y/n : (Sarcastic) Yeahhh we can't wait to find out our future this is going to be so fun....

They are welcomed inside by Aunt Wu and Katara is the first one who goes to get her fortune read.

.

Aunt Wu's words were softer. "You will marry a great bender. One whose heart matches your own. But remember, love must be nurtured carefully. It will not always come easy."

Then, Aunt Wu turned to Y/n. Her eyes glinted with something unreadable. "And you," she said, her voice deep and mysterious. "Your future is filled with fire, both a gift and a burden. You will walk a path that only you can tread. But beware, the flame within you can consume, or it can protect. You must find balance, or it will lead you to darkness."

y/n : OoOo Scary.... 

Aunt Wu : This is nothing to joke about.

Y/n : Sure sure whatever you say Fortune teller

Next came Aang's turn

Aunt Wu:
"You will play an important role in the destiny of the world. But beware, there are dangers ahead, and only time will tell if you're ready for what is to come You will be involved in a great battle which will determine the future of the world"

Aang : Yeah yeah i already know all that but can you tell me about love?

Aunt Wu : You want to know about love?... im sorry but i didn't see anything related to that 

Aunt wu notices that Aang was Disappointed

Aunt Wu : No wait i see something.... "You will find true love if you listen to your heart"

Aang : Listen to my heart... Thanks aunt Wu.

As everyone gets done with their fortune telling they all move out of Aunt Wu's house to look around the village.

Y/n : So Aang what did that fortune teller tell you

Aang : Well uh she just said the usual things about my destiny and fate as the avatar nothing else 

Y/n : of course what were we even expecting

Soon everyone in the village gathers in one spot as Aunt Wu was about to predict if the volcano would destroy the village or not. After looking at the clouds she predicted that The village will Not be destroyed this year.

After Aang's shenanigans with katara and later going to the top of the mountain to find a flower for her with sokka He finds out the volcano is active and will blow up any moment and informs the gaang about this.

Y/n : I knew it we shouldn't have believed Wu at all

Katara : I don't believe it

Toph : Believe it sugar queen even i am sensing the vibrations now that thing is about to blow up very soon.

Aang : Guys we have to tell everyone and try to protect the village.

The people in the village have a hard time believing the team because of sokka and Y/n's views on Aunt Wu's predictions so aang decides to take the book Aunt Wu uses to read the clouds and with the help of katara creates the cloud which symbolizes destruction

Aunt Wu : Oh No the volcano will explode We're doomed

Sokka : Everyone help us in blocking the volcano from destroying the village before nightfall that is most probably all the time we have before the volcano explodes

Y/n : Yeah i will help with my firebending but we need earthbenders as well.

Toph : You got it.

The team starts working in order to create a block for the lava... as the volcano explodes their defenses seem a little weak the lava might end up coming in the village.

Y/n : *Uses lightning bending and firebending* to somehow knock back the overflowing lava but your bending isn't helping much in this situation

Aang : get away guys *Uses his airbending to completely knock back the remaining lava*... Thanks Y/n you stood up for everyone here right beside us you are brave.

Y/n I know. :)

After all this they revealed the truth about them changing the clouds in order to get everyone to believe them.

Sokka : I hope you all have learnt your lesson not to rely too much on aunt Wu's predictions

Random man : But Aunt Wu said the village won't be destroyed... and it wasn't.
