We continued down the trail, until Liesl was stopped by a teenager, and a group of children behind her. A 15 year old girl, with a dread-lock ponytail that drew all hair back, beside one, large curly bang in the front. Her name was Denise, she was the assistant to Liesl at her day-camp. "Miss Liesl, it's wrapping up to 3:PM, the City Transport will be here soon!" She said. Liesl looked at her, and said. "Alright then, see you soon." Denise looked at her in confusion, while replying. "But aren't you coming on?" Liesl replied. "I normally would, but I have some business to attend to." Sin then stopped Liesl from walking away, and said. "Actually, you can come with us." He said, smirking at Liesl, as she replied. "Mmm, well the car's gonna be full, she'd have to take transport." Sin gave her the face of 'Really, you're lying to avoid this?' then said "Really? It's just me, you, and Jack, she can join in." Liesl, head down, with no other options, nodded disappointedly. After meeting Jack at Liesl's convertible, they all buckled in. they were on their way to Liesl's apartment, which required a pass through the highway, when the trail through the woods. "So, the drive's a' little long, why don't we stop somewhere?" Sin smirked, and kicked up his feet, to mount the dashboard. Liesl placed the barrel of her Pistol directly by his ear. "No feet on the Dash." She said, almost looking annoyed by his behavior. Sin's face dropped to a bitter, as he said. "Sorry, mom...And do you have to be pissed all the time?" Liesl's face became stressed, in the backseat, Jack and Denise are shaken cold by their interaction. That's when Jack built up the courage to whisper "Should I say something?". Denise couldn't even talk, she was to focused on Liesl's trigger-happy anger issues. The two watched as enragement filled the front row of the car. Jack just decided to ignore Sin's tom-boy remarks, and watch the afternoon sun...That's when he saw something. A large, demonic dragon was soaring over the car. Denise was too scared to speak, when Jack's fears converted into last-minute remarks concerning the beast. "SIN! STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR DUMBASS SELF AND LOOK IN THE AIR!!!" Jack yelled, after finishing, covering his mouth. Sin rolled down the window, then looked up. As soon as he did, an immense fireball of dark matter bursted the car into pieces, the inhabitants scattered across the road. Sin got up as soon as possible, and charged blade first to the Dragon, while Liesl was distracting it via pettish gunfire. Denise was knocked out cold, and Jack was suffering severe arm damage. The dragon blockaded any surface entry, by melting it with it's breath. Liesl's Gun ran out of ammunition fast. She was nothing more than dinner for the dragon. Sin tossed his Pistols to Liesl, so she can continue to startle the Dragon's hostility. That's when the Dragon scraped the air, and divided every bullet in it's radius to shrapnel. "THAT THING IS PISSED!" Sin yelled, attempting to get into it's range, but the dragon smacked him clean out of the air, as Liesl replied. "MORE THAN ME!?" Sin was smacked to the ground, but needed to evade quick, from a second tail-spike. The dragon grew bored of Liesl's antics, and looked at Jack, and Denise. Denise slouched over, crawling towards Jack to pull him out of the battlefield, when the dragon swooped forward, and latched Denise, clinging by a tooth. In spite of his damage, Jack unhesitant to rescue, got up, to see the hand slowly lifting grasp on the tooth. Jack sprinted forward, at speeds he normally wouldn't travel. He then leaped, and bounced off of Sin's head, grounding him back to the road. Jack grasped to the first row of teeth, and started to rock climb, until he made it to the last set, where Denise hung over a boiling stomach. Jack's good arm was holding him at the last set, so he needed to work in spite of his injury. "Grab my hand!" He said, this was nothing like the Jack that cooked and cleaned for Sin, this Jack was not oppressed by his surroundings, and took risks to help others. Denise reached her hand over, to Jack's broken arm. As soon as she grabbed it, Jack gasped in pain, urging her not to let go, no matter what noises he made. "Jack! I can't do this! You're arm!" Denise yelled, Jack enforced a stare of hope, that they would make it out okay. "Just trust me, I don't know you, besides half an hour of silence, but you deserve to live, and I'm not letting go of you." His grasp grew tighter, that's when the beast bolted higher in the air,  it's jaw shaking in flimsiness, and the grasp starting to slowly break. Jack bursted into screams of pain, and tears rolling down his face. Denise watched in horror, as the shrills grew louder. Jack's arm was bent to the extreme, and tore off. Jack endured immense pain, and grabbed the upper-arm bone of his severed arm. "Just drop me! I'm not worth it!" Denise cried, but Jack wouldn't let go. Jack bursted into an adrenaline rush, and pulled both of them out. Their main problem now, is surviving a 100 ft. drop without injury, or death. Jack wrapped his arm around Denise's waste, in a slow-dance position. In Jack's eyes, the adrenaline was massive, but in Denise's eyes, fear was covered by Jack. She gazed at him, deep in his eyes, there was a passion to keep her alive. She looked at him, his adventurous attitude, his promising gaze, more importantly, what happened next. Jack rolled them both in the air, so he was facing the ground. "Just focus on my eyes." He said, in a calm voice. They continued to fall, until Jack blacked out.
