Later in the evening, the mehendi function started. All the ladies started coming to their house.

Jiya: Prerna dii, Meher dii.. kaha reh gye the yaar aap? Kab se aapka wait kar rahi thi mai..

Polu: Aww.. traffic ki vajah se late ho gya baby.

Abhi: Polu.. ye tera nahi Asher ka wait kar rahi thi😌

Jiya: Kuttaaa.. chup kar (hits him with her elbow) Laao diii.. ab asher ko dedo mere paas🥰

Polu: Haww.. matlab Abbu sahi keh raha hai.. meri toh koi value hi nahi hai😩

Jiya: Aisa nahi hai dii.. dono ka wait kar rahi thi yaar🥰

Polu: Lo jii.. pakdo Asher ko (she hands Asher over and then leaves)

Jiya: Hiii mera baby🥰.. (kisses his cheek) Maasi ko miss kiya aapne? Kissy kardo mujhe bhi.. (she puts her cheek in front of Asher)

Abhi: (he quickly bends down and kisses her cheek instead)

Jiya: Abhiiiii😳😳😳

Abhi: Kyaaa?

Jiya: (she looks around) Tu paagal hai? Kisi ne dekh liya hoga toh?😳

Abhi: Dekh liya toh dekh liya😌

Jiya: Paagal🤦🏻‍♀️

Abhi: Aur Asher ko tu 'mera baby' kyu bol rahi hai? Vo toh mai hu na😤

Jiya: But Asher toh pehle se mera baby hai naa.. tu toh kal hi bana hai😌

Abhi: Achaaa? Tu pehle kisse mili thi.. mujhse ya Asher se?

Jiya: Umm..

Abhi: Haan ab kya hua? Fas gyi? Jiyaaa jiii.. mujhse matt khela karo ye saari games.. mai bohot aage hu inn sab cheezo me, theek hai?😌

Jiya: Tu naaa.. 

DA: Jiyaaa.. beta aaja.. sab aagye hai.. mehendi lagvale tu bhi.

Jiya: Aayi Aunty.. (she hands Asher over to Abhishek) Tujhe toh mai baad me dekhti hu..

Abhi: Kya dekhoge Jiyaa jiii?🥰

Jiya: Chup kar😭🙈

She goes.

Abhi: Asher betaaa.. kuch zyada hi maze nahi hai tere? Mai kiss kardu toh ye kehti hai ki sabke saamne kaise kardiya.. and tujhe toh khud sabke saamne kiss mil gyi.. sahi hai beta tera bhi🤦🏻.. Vaise ek baat bata.. ise teri maasi se teri maami bana du kya?🙈 Kya kehta hai?.. Yaar hai toh ye bohot pyaari.. but the only thing holding me back is my past.. aur vo kharaab memories.. nahi toh ab tak toh ye teri maami pakka ban chuki hoti.. par chal koi ni.. one day hopefully🙈

A little while later, 

Jiya: (had her hands covered in mehendi now) Aunty aap lagvalo ab mehendi.. aur aunty aapne khaana khaaya?.. Meher dii aap udhar vali artist pe chale jaao, vo khaali hai.. Prerna dii aapki bhi lag gayi na mehendi.. Aur ek second.. ye kya.. sabke joote bikhre huye hai yaar.. dhang se set kar deti hu.. (she goes towards the entrance) (suddenly, someone pulls her arm and takes her into the elevator).. (she was about to yell by the sudden force)

Abhi: Shhhhh (keeps his hand on her lips).. Mai hu baba.

Jiya: Mmm-mmm-mmm.

Abhi: Kyaaa? 

Jiya: (signals from her eyes to take his hand off)

Abhi: Ohh achaaa.. sorry. (he takes it off) (now places both his hands on her waist)
