Katzumi was a very loving 14 year old he wanted to be like his brother so much(not that much) he wants to be #1 hero just like him they share the same dreams. When they were younger Katzumi always looked up to Katsuki, they might not act alike but they sure do look alike, Katzumi looks exactly like Katsuki (I mean they're only a year apart).Their quirks are a little different too instead of Explosions it's called Fireball it's basically (A very bright meteor, often brighter the planet Venus. A bolide is a type of fireball that exploded in a bright flash at the end.) so his quirk he can make explosion meteors. They had a good Childhood/relationship till it was time for middle school everything changed....
