He raised his eyebrows, maintaining his composure.
"Achha jee, main haaree chalo maan jaao naa" her melodious voice reached his ears ..
"Dekhi sabki yaari mera dil jaalo na"
She came to him and sang "accha ji mein haari chalo maan jao na"

She held her ears and mouthed 'Sorry '
He shook his head and walked passed her..
She went behind him and
poked his shoulder, he Suppressed his smile and turned to her ,and
, she continued "Chothe se kusur pe aise ho khafaa"
"Roothe toh huzoor the, meri kya khata"
"Dekho dil na todo" She sang stubbornly and took his hand in hers..
"Chodo haath chodo" He sang and tried to jerk his hand away..

"Aree!Chodo haath chodo! "
She pouted and left his hand.
And sang " Chhod diya to haath maloge, samjhe?"
"Aji, samjhe" He replied..
She chuckled..
"Accha jee mein haari, chalo maan jao naa! "
"Dekhi sabki yaari mera dil jalaao na" Singing this he walked to the table..
"Accha jee mein haari, chalo maan jaao na" And she tailed behind him.
"Dekhi sabki yaari mera dil jalaao na"
He walked around the room and she tailed behind him, holding her ears..
He was suppressing his smile at her antics,but deep down his old memories were refreshing,
"Jeevan ke ye raaste lambe hain, sanam"
He stopped at his tracks and turned to her,
"Kaatenge ye zindagi thokar kha ke hum"

He walked away and replied
"Haan, samjhe"
"Accha ji mein haari chalo maan jao na"
She walked behind him...
"Dekhi sabki yaari mera dil jalaao na" And glared at her after turning to her.. She lowered her gaze, after meeting his black orbs.
He walked passed her, not before glancing at her. She huffed and turned to him, with a bright smile..
"Jaao, rah sakoge naa tum bhee chain se"
"Tum to kair lootnaa jeene ke maze"
And he sat on the bed..
"Kya karnaa hai jee ke?" And she sat beside him.
" ho rahana kisi ke"
"Kya karnaa hai jee ke? "
He stood from the bed, turned to her,
"are, ho rahana kisi ke" And walked in the balcony
"Hum naa rahen to yaad karoge, samjhe?" And she ran behind him, though she stumbled a little..
