In a small temple , Shivanya knelt before the idol of Lord Shiva. She had come to this holy place to seek solace and guidance. As she prayed, her thoughts turned to Shivansh. His image filled her mind, and she prayed for his safety and happiness. When she finished her prayers, she turned and saw Shivansh standing there. Their eyes locked, and the world around them seemed to blur as if they were lost in each other. In his black eyes, she saw guilt and regret, whereas in her grey orbs, he saw pain and sadness. The sound of the temple bell broke their trance, and they quickly averted their gaze. Shivansh walked past her, but she stood there hoping he would come to her and say it was all a prank. Instead, he walked away, and Shivanya was left alone .

Shivanya was sitting by the lake in the temple, lost in memories of their first Shiv Puja. She smiled as she remembered them walking near the same lake. Tears escaped from her eyes, but she was unaware of them. Her reverie was broken when she saw a hand with a handkerchief in front of her. She looked up and saw him. His eyes were filled with concern. "Are you okay?" he asked. She nodded, unable to speak. He gently wiped the tears from her face.

As Shivanya rose to her feet, she inquired in a voice that cracked, "Why are you feigning concern?" He paused for a moment, then whispered, "I am not feigning," and walked past her. As he walked away, she thought, "I do not know whether to believe him, but I do know that he did not say it to hurt me." He had looked into her eyes with genuine concern when he said it. That was what gave her pause.

As he walked away, he muttered under his breath, "I will always care for you, Vanya." He had said it before, but this time it felt different. He meant it. He knew she was in danger and he was determined to protect her, even if it meant leaving her. He knew he could not stay with her, but he would do whatever it took to keep her safe. He would find a way to protect her, even if it meant sacrificing himself.

Shivanya drove to the court, parked the car and stepped down. She walked forward and saw him talking on his mobile phone, his back to her.
