Narrator: The city of-! O-. Ok, this is just a cup of water. What is going on here?
A hand reached out to the cup. The camera cuts to the person who grabbed it and then drank it. It was Andrew Snyder. He was inside a fancy limousine with a cup holder beside him.
Narrator: (insulting tone) Huh. 'Figures. It's the other snake. Why, Andrew? You had what every man would ever want. Why did you throw it all away? Was everything between Alice and Robin a lie as well? I don't even want to imagine...
The camera cuts to Mojo Jojo pressing buttons before it cuts again to show him standing on a stool with the Professor and Eugene behind him.
Mojo Jojo: Let's see... Ah-hah, good. Professor, proceed back to the lever. Eugene, you watch him not do anything funny, in which I do not mean in the connotation of comedy.
The professor went to a nearby lever; Eugene looked at the professor and he at him. Their exchange of stares was bitter to both sides. Mojo Jojo pushed a button, and a microphone popped out of the desk in front of him.
Mojo Jojo: (into the microphone) Ready?
The camera then cuts to show what was in front of Mojo Jojo (beside the desk): A testing chamber with a Yakuza Gangster wearing a black spandex suit and a helmet connected with a wire to a sphere with chemical X inside it and a red stripe marked on it. There were also 2 other spheres with chemical X inside them, but one had a blue stripe and the other a green stripe.
The gangster gestured a thumbs up to Mojo Jojo.
Mojo Jojo: (into the microphone) Again!
The Yakuza gangster closed his palms and started to get angry on purpose. The chemical inside the sphere with the red stripe started to bubble.
The Yakuza gangster threw straight punches at the air in front of him while grunting. The liquid then manifested fiery explosions inside the sphere without breaking it with each punch the gangster made.
The camera cuts to Mojo Jojo looking at a monitor showing a brain activity response chart and a chemical X potency response to the brain voltage chart (don't ask me how it works :) ).
Mojo Jojo: (deep voice tone quietly) Yyyyyyyeeeeeeeessssssss... (raises his hands, slightly closes his palms, and closes his eyes) MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA! HAAAAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA...!
Mojo Jojo continued to make the "evil laugh" without noticing a group of Yakuza gangsters accompanied by Andrew Snyder approaching him.
Andrew Snyder: Mr. Jojo.
Mojo Jojo didn't respond.
Andrew: (louder) Mojo Jojo.
Mojo Jojo: ...MUHAHAHAHAHAAA! (deep inhale) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA...!
Mojo Jojo continued to laugh, still ignoring Andrew. Andrew then gestured with his head to one of the Yakuza gangsters beside him. The same gangster walked aggressively toward Mojo Jojo and kicked the stool he was standing on, making him stop laughing.
