The entire noodle shop shook as Hiro let out another loud hiccup, making everyone jump as it made a huge earthquake both inside and out. "This is the worst case of hiccups I've ever seen!" Pigsy grunted, as he heaved himself to his feet, using the counter as a way to lift himself. "How'd it happen?!" Pigsy asked while Tang was unfazed by everything as he continued eating noodles. "Yeah kid! Explain yourself!!" Macaque said as he helped Yue up from the fall earlier.

"So remember how you told us not to enter that meatball eating contest?" Mei chuckled nervously, avoiding eye contact with the concerned pig demon, and this made both Yue and Macaque suspicious about Mei's question. "Under no circumstances, yeah" Pigsy said as he remembered as the girl showed pictures of Hiro eating meatballs that was given by a lady chief. "500 -Hic-beef balls in 5 minutes! And I broke my own record!!" Hiro said before he hiccups and made him hit the roof making everyone wince before he fell on the floor. "Yeah.... We think they might have been cursed." Mei said as the picture on her phone showed that the lady chief was actually a demon Chef. "It's really good though." Hiro said before he hiccuped, which made Pigsy growls in frustration and breaks Mei's phone in rage.

"Mei!" Yue exclaimed while Macaque and the others gave her a death glare before crossing their arms. "What...?!" Mei exclaimed while figuring out what words to make an excuse but alas she has none to defend herself seeing her friend's horror expression. "Uncle Pigsy specifically told you not to enter that competition!!" Yue shouted while Mei was shaking nervously, avoiding eye contact with her childhood best friend and the Shadow Monkey. "Hiro, of all the thoughtless adventures setups you could think of. This takes the cake!" Pigsy said while giving Hiro a stern glare, causing Hiro shaking nervously before he hiccuped. "We tried everything to get rid of them! I tried rubbing his belly, giving him a good scare, and hitting all his pressure points! But nothing worked!" Mei whine while demonstrating all the cures for hiccups, and this made Yue sweatdrop as everyone sighs at Mei's attempt and then Hiro lets out another hiccup, making Yue fly up as Macaque quickly caught her in time.

Then Mei got an idea as she leans next to Tang who was peacefully eating his noodles. "Oh, Mr. Tang, you've gotta know some ancient techniques for, uh food poisoning curses, right?" Mei asked as she nudge him a little with a hopeful smile along with Hiro joining in on this conversation. "Right, noodle guy? Huh? Huh?" Hiro said while he leans on Mei trying to get answers quickly, causing Tang to sigh, both Mei and Hiro were knocked away by Sandy. "I find when I'm not feeling so hot, a special brew of tea perks me right up." Sandy said with his cheerful usual expression, as Yue sighs in relief. "That's put my mind at ease." Yue said feeling happy that her uncle Sandy is here to help. "Oh, Sandy is this one I see...." Tang said with a slight emotionless tone, and this made Yue giggle by her uncles responds.

Then Hiro's hiccups got worst because it created a shockwave making the town shake while everyone fell out of their seats. "Uh, Sandy? Something tells me that a bit of loose leaf ain't gonna help us in this particular scenario!" Pigsy said as he stood up, then Sandy gets up with a positive attitude not minding Pigsy's negative ranting. "Don't underestimate the power of tea leaves. Besides I'm not talking about the old tea." Sand said as he pulled out a book that came from his beard and showed it to the others.
