One Night - Amourshipping

Chapter Three

Serena’s POV:

I wake up in the morning a few centimeters away from Ash. My face flushes red as I notice how close I am to Ash. Ash is still asleep and he’s snoring softly. I quickly get out of the tent in a hurry. I notice Clemont is already awake and is starting to get breakfast ready. “Good morning Serena.” Clemont says with a smile as soon as he notices me. 

“Morning Clemont.” I say. “Is Bonnie doing better this morning?” I started helping him get breakfast started. 

“Yeah, she slept well this morning and she’s getting changed at the moment” Clemont says. I nod and help set up areas where we will all sit this morning. “Is something wrong Serena? I noticed you wandered off last night before bed.” He looks at me. I didn’t think he realized I left last night, I hope no one else did either. 

“Mhm, just wanted to do some talking with Braxion and Sylveon! To get my mind off of the upcoming performance.” I say lying a little but I still smile. Clemont nods. Clemont and I have breakfast finished in no time and right as we finish making it Ash and Bonnie come out of the tents fully dressed and we all eat together. Ash and I are sitting next to each other while Bonnie and Clemont are sitting next to each other like always. 

After breakfast Clemont and I cleaned the dishes and put them back into his bag. Ash and Clemont took down the tents while I talked to Braxion, Sylveon, and Panchum about the pokemon showcase and Bonnie was playing with Pikachu and Dedenne. Before we headed off and after my pokemon returned to their pokeballs I was watching Ash.

 I felt a slight blush on my face knowing I’m staring but I don’t look away. Ash is grabbing his backpack and fixing his hat and Pikachu hops onto his shoulder. I look away and stand up and we soon start getting ready to head towards the water that’s up ahead.
