CHAPTER ONE
THE POGUES LIFE

Maddie had walked into the principals office when John B had left the room to get to class.

She stared at the principal "ah. Miss Davis." He said and she gulped. "Y-yes sir?"

"I presume you need a schedule. Well  give me a moment." The principal said, towards to her

She waited patiently standing still, taking a few of deep breaths when she looked.

"Ah. It's right here." He says and walked over to Maddie.

Maddie looked up when she was handed a schedule from the principal.

"you'll be in Mr.sunn's class for the semesters."  He says and she nods. "Okay."

She left the principal's office with schedule, looking around for Mr. Sunn's classroom.

"Hmm.. keep looking uh.." she muttered and found it and slowly opened the door..

"Ah, miss davis. You're right on time." Said Mr. Sunn turning the pogues heads towards her.

"I- I am?" She asked timidly, in confusion when she shut the door quietly behind her.

"Take a seat." He says and she nods and took a seat in front of John B, when JJ looked at JB.

"Is that the girl?" He whispered asked and John B nods "yeah. That's her." He said.

She put her hair behind her ears, fidgeting in class the entire time..

Kiara looked at them "she's probably a stuck up kook like everyone else." She says.

"You don't know that kie." Said John B, with a shake of his head.

"I know how kooks are." She retorted.

After class, she was trying to grab her own books and the assignment she had to do.

John B watched her  with the pogues "just watch okay?" He says to them when Kiara had to rolled her eyes.

Maddie dropped a book and gulped and picked it back up, and put it in her bag.

She turned and squeaked seeing them watching and she dropped her bag "oh my gosh- I'm such a klutz.." she whispers.

"Okay.. she's different." Kiara whispered confused as John B smiles "told you."

"I still don't believe it." Said JJ, as pope watched being quiet and observant.

Maddie looked at them as she picked her bag up and put it back on.

"Um.. s-sorry I got so surprised.." she apologized, shyly at the pogues in front of her.

None of them said anything to her making her over think before John B spoke up.

"Hey you free later?" He asked making her confused "wh-why?"

"So you can hangout with us, to get used to the pogue life." He says and she thinks about it.

"Okay. I would love that.. no one is really friends with me other than my sister."

John B nods "alright. Let's go.. also welcome to the pogue life.. Addie." He says.

She nods, and walked out with them, maybe this would be her new life with her friends..!

Annabeth was hanging out with Sarah Cameron, in her room

"so how did you meet my mom?" She asked when Sarah looked at her.

"Well you live next door and so I wanted to say hello, guess she really wanted us to be friends." She replied.

"Guess so" Annabeth said, with a smile, while slightly laughing.

"Okay let's get to know each other." Sarah spoke up making the red head nod.

"So. How many siblings do you have" Sarah asked her, making the redhead chuckle

"Two. My brother lives in California he'll be here in a few months. My sister lives with us." She explained while readjusting her sitting position.

She nods "wow really." She asks making Annabeth smile.

"How about you?" Asked Annabeth when Sarah chuckled.

"I have three. Two sisters and an older brother." She said making Annabeth..

Then Annabeth heard a knock at the door.. turning her head towards the door..
