I was infuriated by whatever took place yesterday at her launch event. I wasn't liking that she was having such an effect over me. It was bothering me. How can I let her have such power over me? Every time she's near I start to lose control.

I was battling with my thoughts while doing push ups in the gym. My speed increased as everything that occurred between us replayed in my head. The veins of my arms popped out as I intensified the strength that I was putting into the push ups. The sweat was dripping down my hair and falling onto the ground. My vest was sticking to my body because it.

Nothing was helping to calm me down. When I wasn't satiated with this, I got up on my feet and advanced to my hanging punching bag. With bare hands, I started knocking it ferociously. One punch after the other, causing the bag to swing far back.

"Arrrghh," I roared, punching the bag with such a force that the chain broke and the bag got slammed into the wall behind with a loud thud.

I panted and my eyes fell on my bruised knuckles. Pushing back my sweat drenched hair, I exhaled sharply, bringing my breathing back to normal.

I stormed out of the house gym and reached the living room where I found my parents and siblings. Mom was sitting on the couch with an album in her hand and dad was sitting next to her. Kavya and Keshav were standing behind the couch and hovering over to look into the album.

"You were so little then," dad said pointing at something in the album to which Kesh laughed out loud.

"Don't I look adorable here dad?" He asked.

"Hm, just like your mother."

Kavya's eyes moved to me, so she called me out. "Ej bhaiya come here."

I walked to them and stood next to Kesh behind the sofa. I peeped into the photo album they were looking at. It was the one with all our childhood photos. There was this one photo of us three siblings playing in the front garden of our house. I must be around eight in that photo.

Mom turned over the page revealing four different photos. "Oh my god, look at Yahvi and bhaiya," Kavya pointed out.

Why does she always appear in front of me somehow?

It was a photo of us two on the first day of our school. Dad had just finished dressing me up in a white uniform, all set to go, when Hritvik uncle came with his daughter. They made us sit together on the couch and took a photo of us. We were glaring at each other even at that time and they captured the moment just like.

"You both still haven't changed," mom scoffed. "By the way Ejaaz, you do remember that we're going for camping today, right?"

We usually take trips as a family at least once a year, sometimes more depending on everyone's schedules. This year we decided to go for camping. It's always refreshing and gives us time to bond with each other.
