Christian

It's around 10:30 and Tristian hasn't shown up to the hospital yet. That worries me to death and I don't weigh my options before frantically calling her, begging God to let her be okay.

After what seemed like 3 years, the phone was answered.

"Tris? Hello? Are you alright?" I asked into the phone.
"She's fine, Chris. She's asleep. How are you doing?" She asked.
"I'm healing. How have you been, Bri? We haven't seen too much of each other for the past 2-3 days." I brought up.
"I've been alright. Surprisingly, I'm still single," she joked. "But I've been tackling my studies and keeping these grades up." She replied.
"That's great, Bri. I'm proud of you. I knew you could do it, even if it took a little convincing." I said playfully.
"Haha, smartass. So anyways, Tris is seriously stressed. I came over to check up on her and she looked like complete shit. Then she told me about how she blames herself for your accident, how she couldn't sleep, and how some guy named Jasper keeps stalking her--"
"What?!" I cut her off, steadily rising in my bed despite the pain.
"Did I say 'stalking'? I meant, walking by her when she goes out for her morning run. Silly me, huh?" She said, going silent.
"What did you mean by stalking her? And I don't want any games, A'Brianna. I want answers now spill."
"I promised her that I wouldn't tell." She peeped.
"Too late for that. Now tell me."

This Jasper has been sending crazy messages that I already knew but it seemed like he knew where she was no matter when the time. It was like he was always watching her. But how does he have that information?

"But you'd better watch it, Tristian. I'm always around."

I guess that meant that he had to be literally following her around somehow. A camera? An ally? Could it actually be him knowing where she is at all times? But why?

"Christian, I know you don--" a voice came in and hesitated, listening to the phone. "A'Brianna? Are you here, too?"
"Uncle Jake?"
"Yeah, it's me, I live here. What about you? Are you here visiting or do you live here as well?" He asked, excited.
"Yeah, I'm here." She said curtly.

Dad got the hint and stopped talking to her, turning his attention back to me.

"Chris, I know you may not want me here but you're my son and I want to be here for you. Especially after I found out you were hurt, I knew this was the chance to be dad I never was, the dad I always should have been. This couldn't have been a coincidence, you were brought to me for a reason. You and your sister--"
"Ahem." Came a throat from the phone.
"You, your sister, and A'Brianna are here and I promised myself to jump onto any chance I get to see you and it's like it's been handed to me on a silver platter. So no matter what, I'm here to stay because my son and daughter aren't getting away from me a second time." He finished.
"I'll call you back, Bri. You better answer this damn phone or else."
"Bye cripple." She teased, hanging up.

"So," I said, putting my attention back on Dad. "Let's make a deal."

Cliffhanger because I've got some writer's block. Sorry not sorry. Comment what you think the deal was.
