TWs : blood, mentions of suicide and self harm
Seattle, Washington, United-States of America
Anya had been acting weird. Nereyda didn't knew why, but she was cold, distancing himself from her, and barely ever talking to her. It had been a few weeks, and the raven-haired student had finally decided to talk about it to her girlfriend. Nereyda was walking through the campus in long strides, finally reaching up to Anya's apartment. She knocked at the door, three long hits, no answer. She tried again a few moment later, and once again, no one came to open the door.
She pushed the handle of the door. Maybe it was unlocked and Anya was in the shower.
Shit. It wasn't.
By now, Nereyda started to panic. She knew her girlfriend struggled with her mental health, with suicidal thoughts and had attempted to kill herself several times. What if this was why Anya distanced herself from the raven-haired woman ? What if she was laying dead behind the door ?
She rummaged through her bag. Maybe she had the key to the apartment and she would be able to enter the blonde's place.
Yes! She did. Thank God. She quickly turned the key in the lock, opening it with trembling hands. She rushed inside, and was met with several bodies, drained from their blood. And there was Anya, her dear girlfriend, sucking off the blood from a whimpering man. Nereyda knew the guy, it was Andrew, from her psychology class.
"Anya! What are you doing ?"
The raven-haired woman shouted, as she saw the life leave the young man' eyes. Anya turned around, standing up in a flash and pinning Nereyda to the wall, a tight grip around her neck. Her eyes were crimson red, her face and lips covered in blood.
A single tear left Nereyda's green eye as Anya's fangs sank through her girlfriend's neck.
And then, after a piercing scream, the raven-haired woman lost consciousness.
