How can I be so calm
When storms inside me brew,
Raging one by one,
Like tides that never subdue.Unstoppable stress,
Endless strikes unseen,
Yet I wear my silence,
Like a cloak, serene. Each breath a quiet fight,
Against the waves within,
Holding on to fragments
Of peace amidst the din.
