third person's pov

Dean had made a point of Whitney visiting her mother's grave at least once a year, they typically go around her birthday, but Whitney wanted to go see her mom again, which was fine as the headstone reads:

Ophelia Grace Reyes
Belived daughter, mother and girlfriend
August 10th 1981
May 15th, 2003

There is a small picture of a grinning Ophelia set into the stone above her name. A black and white picture of her leaning against the stone between a light blue teddy bear and a wooden box with a crucifix leaning on the picture.

Whitney looks at the picture set into the gravestone, then looks away choking back tears. She steps closer to the gravestone.

"I...miss you." Whitney choked as she kneels down to set the flowers down. She leans the flowers on the crucifix, as just then an arm covered in dirt shoots out of the ground and grabs Whitney by the wrist.

Whitney jerks awake, and the cemetery visit is days behind them if it ever occurred.

Sam is in the passenger sest asleep as he is taking a nap. At least he didn't have a nightnare.

Whitney blinks and rubs her eyes, as Dean looks over concerned.

"You okay, baby?" Dean asked her as Whitney glances out the window.

"I'm fine." Whitney muttered as Dean didn't believe it for a second, but he also didn't want to push her to talk if he didn't want to.

"Another nightmare?" Dean asked his daughter, as she shook her head. "You wanna go for a drive?" He adds, as Whitney sighed.

"I said, I'm fine." Whitney snapped which immediately made Sam wake up from hearing Whitney. Dean gave her a look but didn't question.

"Alright, sleepy. Where are we?" Sam asked his brother as he changed the subject, which was much appreciated of Whitney.

She did not want to talk about this anymore. Before she really snaps. She grabbed her stuffed bunny and her stuffed elephant.

"We are just outside Grand Junction." Dean says as Sam folds the map, which is Colorado, and has a large red X labeled 35-111.

"It's weird, man. These coordinates he left us. This Blackwater Ridge." Sam says which made both Dean and Whitney look at the man.

"Wbat about it?" Dean and Whitney ask in unison which made Dean smile and Whitney to roll her eyes.

"There's nothing there. It's just woods." Sam says as he puts down the map. "Why is he sending us in the middle of nowhere?"

They drive past the National Forest sign that says: Welcome to Lost Creek, Colorado National Forest.
