Oh this is just going to be easy!
As she's walking out onto the arena, she can hear her friends cheering for her! Kirishima does seem to be the loudest though. She chuckles and cracks her knuckles.
"Heh, (Insert opponent name here), a cat quirk user? Not that I hate cats, but come on, against me?! I can literally manipulate matter to the atomic level!"
She chuckles, and her opponent backs up slightly, but shakes his head.
"Y-You may be able to do that, but I can still defeat you!"

As soon as Mic yells for them to begin, she opens her hand, and y'all know the drill, so yeah, the symbol appears over her hand, and then another over his chest, and a simple flick of her wrist, sends him flying! Out of bounds, and... Yeah, you get it.
Midnight blinks once, then twice.
"That's- Holy- that's the fastest someone's ever gotten out before- Jesus Christ kid.."
She mutters and then shakes her head.
"Cynthia Midoriya moves onto the next round!"
