Chapter 16.

Watching Todoroki and Deku's fight was hard for her. Seeing all the times Deku got pushed around. She just wanted to fly down there  and intervene, yet she can't. Her hands grip the sides of the chair as she watches. A feeling of dread starts coursing through her body. And she gets up.

"Excuse me for a second.."

She mutters, and walks away.. the others look at her with a puzzled look, and Iida gets up.

"I'll talk to her..."

....

She stumbles through the halls, and then puts a hand on the wall, to steady herself..

Coughing, she covers her mouth (Who wouldn't), and coughs some more..

"Cynthia!"

Iida's voice rings out as he catches up to her.

"Cyn-"

She looks behind her, at him.. and he can see her eyes, both of them, are fully yellow.

"....Bad time, right, got it.."

He mutters, turns on his heels, and walks away.

She looks in front of her.. and sees one of those recovery robots (The one that takes kids to Recovery Girl's office) , and her appetite spikes.

Every camera around her, shatters, and the lights dim. The robot immediately notices and stops in its tracks..

A flicker of yellow is all it sees before..

.
.
She walks back to the others and sits back down in her seat, all clean, like nothing ever happened.
The others look at her, then back at the match.

Iida in particular seems worried.

"Are you okay..? Your eyes were yellow-"

She looks at him, her eyes back to the normal color.

"Oh- never mind... It was probably my imagination.."

He mutters, and looks back at the match (I'ma do '---' for thoughts of the other people)

'Eyes can't just change color like that.. it must've been my imagination..'

Deku failed, and Todoroki moved onto the next stage...

Which means she has to fight him next.

...oh she's cooked.
