When it hit midnight tails and knuckles Arrived at rouge house and they were welcome by rouge herself. Cautiously stepping inside they see rouge the bat, they We're wondering if she was rich or royalty considering she lives in a big mansion. Seeing tails and knuckles she smiles welcoming them "well hello there cutie and little guy" rouge already liking knuckles. Knuckles kinda like sonic didn't like this either.

Knuckles grumble tails Noticed knuckle's behavior and giving him the elbow nudge to his side, saying that is rude. "H-hello ms r-rouge" tails Stuttering Wiggling his fingers in a greeting way, not really sure if They were in a good or bad situation. Rouge trying to be as friendly to them she continues to smile "p-please forgive him ms rouge he's been on edge ever since we Got your invitation." Tail not being Entirely comfortable where this is heading. Rouge wanted to tell them about a deal about sonic before they went to bed so rouge told them to follow her to the Lounging room and sit. 

Shadow not around for he went out hunting for his dinner, looking at the time its almost midnight and tails feeling very tired. But tails Mustard up all his energy just for the short brief conversation. As they both hear rouge side of the story they yet to hear sonic's, Calista's or shadow's side of the story but for now they Decided to leave With rouge's side of the story for tonight. 

"Hmm i see as much as that sounds, sonic is in a bit of a very big pickle" tails said placing his index finger under his chin. Knuckles very much hating this so VERY MUCH, "I OBJECT" he Slammed his fist down on the coffee table as he stood up. Tails and rouge shushing him as to not wake sonic and calista Knuckles had to take a deep breath to calm himself down and sat back down.

Tails and rouge sighed thankfully that they did not wake from Knuckles shoting, rouge keeping her calm Knuckles spoke up again but this time he kept his voice down "i still hate this, why did this guy have to happen to fall in love with sonic? He already has enough on his plate as it is." Tails agreed with Knuckles thinking about what sonic had been Through these past few months.

Sonic has had it rough as to why well thats because he lost his uncle Chuck a few months ago but leaving him with enough money to get by for a few years. The past few jobs he had were not very.... Pleasant Along with not so nice co-workers. Of Course, his parents both died when he was a young kid So his uncle chuck Was Raising him and now thugs like to Start picking fights with him and sonic knowing that they can't win Because he always kick their butts.

Tails showing a sad face and rouge caught on seeing tails sad and worried look, rouge sighed "look i know this is hard for everyone so we should continue this Conversation together with everyone in the room" everyone stood up and agreed seeing as they all felt and seem tired. Rouge showed Knuckles and tails to their room for the night knowing that they won't be able to sleep veey well.

Rouge Headed back downstairs back into the lounging room to relax for the night As some of her mates and butlers were still active, by cleaning and Tidying up the house. Rouge sighed Once again, knowing the that her friend shadow Was there the entire time hiding in the shadows, listening and watching their conversation "well what do you think? Think you can convince them to let you keep sonic?" Shadow came out from hiding his arms folded Across his chest, he stayed silent for a while then finally said "oh im going to otherwise ill have to take him by force" shadow with his Usual antics.

Rouge sighed again shaking her head "you know hon That's only gonna make them want to hate us more and expose the truth about us." Shadow didn't like the sound of that as he Shook his head. But she was right The only way Is to convince them which is the right way to go about things. Shadow getting ready to go out to hunt for a late night snack rouge said "give it time shadow We'll sort this out the right and easy way, you'll see." With that shadow said "humh" and walked out of the house to eat.

With These last words, rouge hoped she was right. "Oh boy I hope this all goes well in the end." She then walk back into her office to continue her work. she or her maid or buttler would Check in on her guests every so often to make sure That they're doing all right. With that we'll wonder how their conversation will turn out the next day.
