Next day -

Joshua - eunji!!

*She was in her room while Joshua was in living room*

Joshua - eunji!!

*Hearing him she comes out of her room*

Eunji - what?

Joshua - come downstairs.

Eunji- why?

Joshua - just come.

Eunji- I am busy.

Joshua - just for few minutes.

Eunji - ugh..ok. coming 

*She arrives in the room* 

Eunji- this better be something important.

Joshua - it is.

Eunji- say it.

Joshua - it's Jeonghan’s birthday tomorrow. And he has asked me to come.

Eunji- *with confused face* so? You want my permission or something? What is it?

Joshua - you have to come with me.

Eunji- what? Nope. 

*Turns to for her room but he holds her wrist and turns her back*

Joshua - please. He has invited you. You like him don't you? There'll be people who I know for years. You'll get to meet them.

Eunji- yes I do like him but being in a place where everyone knows you and I have to be your wife..nope. not me

Joshua- not have to. You are my wife.

*She rolls her eyes*

Eunji- you can go but I am not coming.

Joshua- eunji..

Eunji - Joshua, will you leave my hand?

*Then he realised he was still holding her wrist* 

Joshua - oh yeah..but please come with me. He'll like it. For him

*She takes minutes and then sighs*

Eunji- fine. I'll go. 

*Then she turns for her room murmuring “Stupid”*

Joshua - thankyou.

His face relaxes into a smile..

Later that day ..

*On a video  call* 

Soo young - really? Meeting his friends..cool. very romantic.

Eunji- how the hell is it romantic? I am just going for Jeonghan. He is a nice person.

Soo Young - ok ok I get it. So when will you ask him to meet your friends?.

Eunji- umm…never.

Soo young - what do you mean never?

He is your husband.

Eunji- so what? Nobody cares.

Soo Young - they do. You know when I told everyone about your marriage. They didn't believe me. Even showed them a picture.

Eunji- better that way.

Soo Young - no it isn't. Don't you remember the rumour went in college? You telling everyone that you got a boyfriend but was lying. 

Eunji - what? When did that happen? I never said that.

Soo Young - oh yeah I did forget to tell you back then but it did happen. It was resolved in the end that you never said such thing. But they put it out on the table when I told everyone about your marriage.
