DIVERSITY / INCLUSION. ✗ This goes without saying, but unfortunately, I must repeat it many times. Please make diverse OCs! I do not want to see perfect white females who have main character syndrome and want to be the center of attention so badly. When I say diversity, I just don't mean sexualities (a lot of applyfics do that where all their white characters have every sexuality in the book, and barely any people of color are accepted), I need to see people of all ethnic backgrounds, people of all genders, and personalities.
TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS & RESPECT. ✗ It's a shame that I have to state this but some people need to hear it over and over again. Please be kind and respectful to one another. I do not want to see any hate or harassment towards the other applicants or their characters. None. This is non-negotiable. To put it simply, I do not care if you have some beef with another applicant. This is not the time nor the place to have it out. Take that crap off my books and account if you please. If I catch anything of the sort, best believe that you will be blocked and your application will be deleted if you already applied. I am very serious about this so do not test me. Also, be kind and respectful to me. I am the creator of this applyfic so whatever I say goes. No questions asked. If you do not get chosen for this applyfic, don't take it to heart. This is just one of many applyfics that are to come so don't be disheartened or rude about it.
NEATNESS. ✗ When applying, please submit your form where it says APPLICATIONS HERE down below. Make sure that your entire form is in a single comment thread and please keep it organized and easy to read. I wholeheartedly accept Google Docs and commented forms so it is entirely up to you on whichever you would like to do. The first password is your OC's favorite color.
FACE CLAIMS. ✗ The age range for these characters is 18-22. That said, please make sure that your OC's face claim isn't too far off from your OC's age. I do not want to see any celebrities who are newly 18 or younger because I do not feel comfortable portraying them in this type of setting. These characters are young adults so please use young adults to portray them. I won't be accepting any younger versions of celebrities due to this. And lastly, please do not use any problematic face claims. I know it's difficult to determine who is safe to use and who is not, but if you are unsure and haven't done your research, run the face claim by me and I will confirm it for myself. I have a very long list down below so I genuinely hope that you find one that is to your liking.
ROLES. ✗ I will be accepting no more than 10-12 OCs, including mine. That said, you are allowed to apply as many times as you like but please make all of your characters different from one another. If you have applied with a feminine character, apply with a masculine or androgynous character next. I cannot promise that all your OCs will be chosen for the final cast because it would not be fair to the rest of the applicants. But there is a chance that if I like them well enough then I will. However, that is still up in the air until I come to my final decision. I really only see myself choosing one of them and that would be the one who I like the most and believe would fit in the story well. And if you are one of my mutuals, I am sorry to say that there is no guarantee that I will choose you right off the bat. I want this to be fair game so please don't think you have an advantage against the other applicants. And please don't guilt trip me if I don't end up picking you.
