Kabir's POV:

I stood at the door and looked at my wife and my brother, who were side-hugging each other.

"Of course, but call me Aadrika," she said, hugging him back.

"Bhabhi, Kabir bhai mujhe maar dalenge," Advay said, dramatically scared of me.

(Bhabhi, Kabir bhai will kill me.)

Mei itna khadoosh hun?

"Nothing will happen," she said with her famous puppy eyes.

But why were they arguing?

"But I want to call you Bhabhi," he whined like a child in front of her.

"You can," I interrupted before she could argue further.

"Bhai, aap kab aaye?" he asked, running toward me and hugging me.

(bhai when did you come)

I hugged him back. I know I don't express much, but I love my siblings.

We separated, and I looked at Aadrika; she was standing there, looking annoyed, maybe because of my interruption.

Why didn't she want Advay to call her Bhabhi?

Maybe she didn't want any relation tied to me.

After all, she loves that jerk, Arhan.

I am nobody to her.

"Bhai, come here. We have prepared lots of games to play," Ruhani said, pulling me toward the others.

Aadrika immediately left the room. Is she angry with me?

Why the hell did I interrupt?

But it's Advay's right to call her Bhabhi.

Suddenly, a hand extended a glass of water in front of me;

I looked to find my wife offering it to me.

I smiled and shook off my unnecessary thoughts while taking the glass.

"Bhai, ab aap hass rahe ho?" Advay asked, screaming.

(Bhai, are you laughing now?)

"Har aadmi ko hasne ka hak hota hai," I replied.

(Everyone has the right to laugh.)

"Par aap aadmi kahaan ho?" Ruhani said.

(But where are you a man?)

The water I was drinking spurted out all over Ruhan's face.

Everybody burst into laughter, but I immediately asked him,

"What do you mean?"

He walked toward my wife and wiped his face with her dupatta, saying,

"You are a devil, na? Isliye maine kaha?"

(That's why I said so.)

My wife was busy wiping his face. I stood up and said, "Meri biwi ka dupatta chhod."
