Clay and Branch get into Clay's car and start the drive."So how did you like my apartment?" Clays ask Branch to break the tension. "If it was nice, it would've been better if we were alone for longer". Branch says looking out the window."Branch, do you like me?" Clays tightens his grip on the steering wheel. "Or is it just something you want to do to get back at Poppy for fucking around with her ex?" Clay says seriously.Branch looks at Clay and in a serious tone says, "I like you Clay, yes i want to get back at poppy but i do like you" Branch said more seriously.Clays loosens his grip on the steering wheel, "You like?" Clay says. "Yes ofc I do" Branch says. That causes Clay to smile big, "Welp were here" Clay says putting the car in park. Clay gets out and goes to Branch's side of the car and opens the door. As Clay opens the door Branch jumps on him and kisses him passionately.Clay, not saying anything, kisses Branch back and it causes Clay to fall on the ground. "I love you" Clay says in a breathy tone, "I love you too" Branch says in an equally breathy tone. Something about what Branch said made Clay kiss him harder and it resulted in them canoodling on the forest floor. Until they heard yelling, "BRANCH WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING" someone said in a voice Branch recognised. He looked and his gut was right, the someone who was yelling was Poppy. Branch got down from Clay. "Oh hey Poppy," Branch said."Quit the small talk what the fuck were you doing" Poppy said sounding more mad. "I think it's pretty self explanatory Poppy" Branch said in a demeaning tone. "Oh so your fucking a human" Poppy said. "SHUT UP POPPY," Branch said, leaving a bit of silence. They've drawn a crowd now. "WE ALL KNOW HOW YOUVE BEEN FUCKING CREEK BEHIND MY BACK. The crowd awhd in shock. Branch storms off into the forest and Clay runs back to his car and leaves. Poppy, King peppy and the crowd go back inside, Clay leaves back to his apartment. When Clay gets home everyone is asleep, Nick in his room, George in his room and Case on the couch. Clay goes to his room and goes to sleep.
