Empty Space

Empty Space filled with thoughts
a Heart filled with emptiness
the lies you like to tell
is the truth you want to hide

Take some pride in what you do
let the world shine a star upon you
and all there is is a lonely melody
is this all we get to be

and the things you do
are the actions you want undone

Cause you don't know
and you never did
desperately trying to learn
Something you don't care about

cause nothing is right
and everything is upside down

And you want to run
outrun this birds
walking on the sidewalk
where you are standing

what do you expect
form a world that hates everyone
a fantasy I create
a world I live
it's fading
reality is consuming me

they say to try to find peace
but I've long forgotten how it feels

how can you remember something
you don't know
how can you be something
everyone took away

so you keep running
running and running
running and running
running and running
somewhere to insanity
and then you ask yourself
why
you look back
