The Party is Over

"I must say this place is awesome!!!" Lily was bubbling up with excitement.
Sofia smiled while Ana chuckled. They were standing outside the venue for their school's annual kickback party.
They were waiting for Oscuro who was supposed to come by himself. Lily couldn't keep her excitement so after waking up she rushed to Sofia's house.
"I am sooo happy Sofiaaa~~" Lily was clinging to her arm. Lily was dressed in an emerald colored dress which she was admiring yesterday. Sofia gave it to her as a surprise this morning and Lily also gave her the necklace she asked Ana to buy. Lily paid back the money for everything, immediately after reaching home. Ana was wearing a skyblue dress while Hardin's suit was the complementary colors of Ana's dress. The dress was clinging to Ana's body it had blue crystals on its body with pink shaded bands that made the dress an eyecatch type. Hardin was holding Ana's hand which was holding his arm. They were mumbling about something serious. Ana's hair was in a messy bun while Sofia and Lily's hair were open.
Ana's high heels were peaking out of her gracious dress. Lily and Sofia had worn short heels as they aren't as experienced as Ana.
"Sofia?" Layla's voice stopped Sofia's heart. She looked back at Layla and all she could see was bitterness pooling out of all of her pores.
Layla was dressed in a blood red dress with jet black heels and a fine bun. She was looking absolutely gorgeous but Sofia felt bile reaching her throat.
"Hey." Sofia finally spoke.
"I never thought you would come." Layla got straight to the point. She couldn't digest the fact that so much unkept and disoriented Sofia was looking so elegant and a lady to be honest.
"I asked Sofia to come for me and she did." Lily chirped scrunching her nose with a smile.
"Why? Do you need protection? Is she your body guard?" Layla was amused at this answer. Also this answer made her blood boil how could a person who used to do everything to make her happy was listening to someone else? 
"Hey ladies." Oscuro spoke with a warm smile.
Layla was beyond shocked. The handsome man from the other day was again here saying hi to Sofia and Lily. Who the hell is he?
"Oh Sofia you are looking flawless." Oscuro spoke in awe.
"She is!" Lily spoke proudly.
"Huh? What about me?" Lily asked hitting Oscuro's arm playfully.
"Umm.... You look presentable. A human is not a rat today." He replied and flicked Lily's forehead.
"You!" Lily was about to punch him but Sofia intervened.
"Guys calm down." She spoke slowly.
Layla was looking at them with disgust and to her surprise they did stop and behave.
"Sissyyy!! Let's goooo"Lily yelled to which Ana nodded and gestured for them to walk closer still mumbling something to Hardin.
Layla looked at Hardin and couldn't look away. Hardin Hayes a drop dead gorgeous man.
Layla was awe struck when he disappeared from the sight she saw Sofia and Oscuro entering the venue together.
She stomped her foot in anger and walked in she had invited Evelyn who backed off at the last moment so eventually she had no one to spend her evening with. And here Lily had brought her whole family to the party that too with Sofia.
The party started and Oscuro and Hardin started to chat. Ana was fixing Lily's hair which was getting frizzy.
"I think we should tie half of your hair what say?" Ana asked her.
"Do the way you please mam." Lily responded with a cute expression on her face.
"Sofia was disturbed after meeting Layla. She was already nervous and now the problem herself showed up. She saw Layla talking with Emily and they started to walk towards them.
No no no don't come near me was all Sofia could think of. She looked at everyone so happy and cheered up while she was all messed up. She looked at the people standing next to her to overcome this awkwardness.
"Come on seriously? I can't believe it mann!! Oh my. Hardin you know what let me take you to my friends you will love it there." With that Hardin Ana and Oscuro walked away. Ana had changed Lily's hairstyle and somehow tied her hair half in a bun and others were left free.
"What's wrong Sofia why are you so quiet?" Lily asked holding her arm.
"I just don't like it here." Sofia replied rubbing her hands.
"Look what we have here!" Emily spoke.
"Our class's cringe couple." Emily completed her sentence.
Layla was standing beside her smirking.
"Looks like Emily found a new minion. I thought so highly of you Layla but you gladly proved me wrong honey." Lily made it clear she won't take any of their nonsense.
"What happened Sofia? You can't answer is yourself? Not that it suits you but did you get a minion for yourself as well?" Emily was hitting right on Sofia's wounded spots.
"Why are you so obsessed with Sofia Emily? Don't you have any other tasks?" Lily was done with their stupidity.
"Shut it and get lost." Lily spoke a little louder.
Of course Emily and Layla felt a little embarrassed but didn't step back.
"Awe someone is angry. What a shame you don't even have any sense of humor buddy." Emily spoke but regretted it when she saw a very pissed lady obviously way older than them staring at her, with her dead serious gaze.
"What's going on upstarts?" Ana started to insult them by the very first sentence she spoke.
"Why are you so pathetically begging to get attention?" Ana spoke rolling a strand of Emily's hair around her finger.
"You know who has a lot of attention?" Ana asked looking in Layla's eyes as if she was staring in her soul.
"Trash cans." Ana whispered standing between them pulling the bow of Emily's shirt.
"All the dust flies that are buzzing over the dung of various animals, give enormous attention to the trashcan. But it doesn't improve its status does it?" Ana was now gliding her finger on Layla's cheek.
"Wanna get that type of attention? I can let you have that honey." Ana pulled Layla's chin towards her, making breath knocked out of her lungs.
"If not then get out of here before I do something that you regret and I enjoy for the rest of my life." She spoke slowly standing in front of Layla. She snapped her fingers and gestured to them to get out insulting them beyond what they could ever expect.
"Are you two fine?" Ana asked to turn around.
Lily and Sofia nodded and they all continued partying.
Sofia and Ana went to the rest room to freshen themselves. Finally Oscuro left Hardin who was attending a call and now Lily and Oscuro were the only ones who were left.
"You look pretty Lily. Green is literally your color I think." Lily smiled at him while hearted.
"You are looking palatable." She responded in a whisper.
"That's a sentence for a meal not for-" Oscuro was now flustered.
"Didn't you buy another dress in another color?" He finally asked the question he was dying to ask her.
"Yeah I did buy that one but Sofia gifted me this dress today only." Lily spoke with a glowing face.
"When?" Lily started to narrate the whole story to Oscuro.
