𝐓𝐇𝐄 Cobra Kai dojo buzzed with energy as Tory led Yuko inside. The scent of sweat and the sharp sound of punches hitting pads filled the air, and Yuko's wide-eyed gaze darted around, taking in the scene. She wasn't unfamiliar with martial arts—her family had arranged self-defense lessons for her since she was young—but the raw intensity of Cobra Kai was a stark contrast to the structured elegance she was used to.

"You sure you want to hang out here?" Tory asked, raising an eyebrow as she noticed Yuko's awestruck expression.

"I'm here to support you," Yuko replied with a smile, though her voice carried a hint of uncertainty. "Even if this isn't my usual scene."

Tory smirked, shrugging off her jacket and tossing it onto a bench. "Just don't freak out when the action starts."

Yuko nodded, finding a spot to sit near the back of the dojo. As Tory joined the others, Yuko's eyes followed her, cheering softly when she saw Tory sparring with intensity and precision. Every strike was calculated, every move radiated the fiery confidence that Tory exuded.

When the session ended, Tory grabbed a towel and walked over to Yuko, who was applauding softly. "You were amazing!" Yuko exclaimed, her enthusiasm shining through.

Tory smirked, slinging the towel over her shoulder. "Thanks. You didn't look too freaked out, so I guess that's a win."

Yuko laughed, standing up and stretching. "I'm tougher than I look, you know."

The two decided to skip the usual car ride home, opting instead to enjoy the cool evening air. Unbeknownst to them, a black car trailed them at a respectable distance—Yuko's ever-vigilant bodyguards.

The sidewalks were quiet at first, the rhythm of their steps filling the space between conversations. Yuko talked about her day, her bubbly energy a stark contrast to Tory's quiet contemplation.

"You ever think about taking up martial arts?" Tory asked suddenly.

Yuko laughed. "Not unless you count ballroom dancing or yoga. I'm more about avoiding punches than throwing them."

Tory rolled her eyes but couldn't help the small grin tugging at her lips. "Figures. But you're not bad at cheering."

As they turned a corner, voices reached their ears—a mix of laughter and conversation. Tory's expression hardened when she recognized the group standing near a convenience store. Miguel, Hawk, Robby, and Sam were huddled together, talking animatedly. The sidewalk tension thickened as Tory and Yuko approached the group. They stood casually, their conversations halting the moment they noticed Tory.

Miguel nodded stiffly at Tory, his tone cautious. "Hey, Tory."

"Hey," she replied, her voice sharp as her eyes flicked to Sam for a split second.
